For the past week I have been dealing with vertigo. I’m so dizzy all the time. Some days are better than others, but yesterday’s flight brought it back with a vengeance. How many hours a day do you think you spend on social media, or mindlessly browsing your phone? I have been trying to cut back (a lot!), but it’s so very easy fall back into old habits. I catch myself reaching for my phone to browse all the time. Any ideas how to break that habit?

Fun fact: I have 4 middle names! My full name is: Josephine Isabella Margarete Ellen Charlotte. Yup, it’s a mouthful. 😝😜 Every one of these names meant something very special to my mom, so she decided to give me all of them. I absolutely love them all, but signing documents with my full name is always comical 🤣 Do you have more than one middle name?

Honestly - being apart for 3 months sucks big time. Even with little weekend visits here and there. BUT - we get to miss each other, appreciate each other, and support each other in ways that make our bond even stronger. It was his birthday last week Friday. I didn’t post on here, because I still needed some time off, but I can’t wait to celebrate with you and the boys once you’re back, @therogercross ❤️

I’ve been very quiet on here lately. I’m not sure what to share anymore. Posting just to keep engagement up or to stay relevant is becoming less and less important to me. I love connecting with people on here, but the world of social media can be draining. I’m trying to pull myself out of this slump, but the less I post, the harder I’m finding it to get back into it. Does that make any sense?
