Good morning! Happy Sunday, friends! 🙋🏻‍♀️☕️❄️☀️ Yesterday I got the idea to mix a eagle with a camel, and it was seriously one of the hardest poses I’ve ever tried. *swipe for my how to* Holding that balance was crazy hard, but I did it 180 times, and am now an elite level eaglecameler. 🏆👸🏻🦅🐪 Pro tip: Getting your eagle legs on before getting on the ground is easier. At least for me. It was otherwise a scene. #notsexy Give this bad boy a go, and let me know what you think! (And no! I never, EVER screenshot a video for my photo. Ever.) . Also.... Contrary to my feed, I do still workout. #evolution 🐛✨🦋 • 2014-Present ~ How to find, and keep, motivation is one of my most asked questions. I think that’s super hard to answer. It’s changed so much over the past few years; getting skinny, getting strong, getting healthy, staying sane..... One thing has remained constant, though. 👉🏻 I go. I work. 👈🏻 If I’m tired, I go. If I’m depressed, I go. If I’m busy, I find time to go. (I’m talking about the gym/training/working out/yoga/etc.) Over the past *almost* five years I’ve definitely learned that there are maaaaany ups and downs, peaks and pits. I’m in one now. A workout rut. I just can’t get my head in the game right now, and a lot of my training has felt subpar, but I’ll tell you what! I’d be a whole hell of a lot worse off if I decided not to do it. Even if it doesn’t turn my whole day around, I’m never upset that I trained. Never. And I know this is just a season. (Hopefully a short one.) It’ll come back. It always does. So, I go. I put in work. I make the time. The time for ME. • How do I stay motivated... Well, I guess I do it for me. It’s always been about me. And that’s so okay. Better than okay.
