#transformationtuesday . 127lbs size 0 to 145lbs size 0 . This post isn’t to highlight an amazing change in physique between photos, or to have you tell me how I look better in photo A or B. 🤓 I’ll be the first to admit that the change in physique isn’t that drastic. The transformation between these photos lies where you can’t see it. The transformation between these photos is approximately +1500-1700 calories. 🙌🏻🍽🐷 In the first photo I was closing in on the end of my first long term cut following IIFYM/If It Fits Your Macros: 1767 cals/day. I cut like I would if I was competing in a bikini completion; 20 weeks, with no intense peak week(s). 🌱 The second photo was a couple days ago, and where I sit after roughly a YEAR of reverse dieting into intuitive eating. I’ve been here ever since. 🤗 . There is not enough room for me to answer plethora of questions I get about reverse dieting, but I’ll try to hit on a few key points. Remember, the internet is your friend. 🗣 I think I was succcessful #reversedieting because I took it so slowly. The IIFYM Women Facebook group (read the rules before you post!) has been the best place for me to learn about macros/reverse dieting. I watched so many women who competed go in & out of comp with 2 extreme body types because they were so aggressive with both cutting & reverse dieting. I didn’t want this. I wanted to maintain my smaller physique while increasing my calories slowly (SO SLOWLY!), ultimately “rebooting” my eating disorder damaged metabolism, which now purrs like a well oiled machine at 3300-3500 calories /day. Hell. Yeah. 😍 I never added more than 5g of carbs, 3g of protein, and 1g of fat per week. Some weeks I didn’t add any, and let my body adjust. I now know I personally run best on a high carb, high protein, moderate fat diet. 🍎🥖🍳🧀🍗 Would I ever go back to IIFYM? For sure! I don’t know what my future holds! Maybe I’ll decide to do a show in 10 years. Never say never! I ❤️❤️ IIFYM! It taught me how to eat. I haven’t tracked a macro in well over a year, and it’s because tracking macros taught me so much about food & what it does to my body. #grateful #gainingweightiscool

💥 L E G D A Y💥 Well, well, well, would you look at this limber little showoff. 🤣 This is my stellar #legday from Thursday (the last day I trained!! 😱) that I promised to have up ASAP. I do have the OK to go back to the gym tomorrow, as long as I’m careful, go slowly, and DON’T PUSH MYSELF. *shakes finger* My plan for the rest of the week is to go in with no plan, besides no heavy powerlifting, and do whatever I love!
