I love San Diego! 🌅♥️✨ I spent most of today helping @viviannharris move into her dorm at San Diego State, but I found a few moments to get upside down in the late afternoon. Lowering slow and steady, I even thought I might get my feet through to an L-sit at the bottom of my pike press. New goals for a later day 💪🏼💥 I’ll be back teaching in LA on Sunday evening - catch me at @vedayoga at 5:30pm, 7:00pm, and 8:45pm restorative 💆🏼‍♀️

Однако, это пожалуй самый быстрый способ разогреть тело за 5-7 минут. Это упражнение хорошо соединяет нижнюю и верхнюю часть тела. Если включить это упражнение в ежедневную практику, ваше тело станет ловким и сильным в минимальные сроки. Изъясняясь лексикой йогов - апана объединится с праной, и ваше тело станет легким и сильным. ■ И так садимся на коврик вытягиваем ноги пере собой -Поза Посоха (Дандасана). Смотрите прямо перед собой. На выдохе согните правую ногу, направляя колено вверх и пододвиньте пятку к правой седалищной кости, пальцы стопы направьте вперёд. Вдох, посмотрите вперёд и вытяните правую руку вдоль внутренней поверхности правой ноги, расположив подмышку около правой голени. Поверните правое плечо внутрь и заведите правую руку за спину, охватив ею согнутое колено. Лёвой рукой упритесь в коврик рядом с левым бедром. ■ На выдохе вытяните переднюю поверхность туловища вперёд, оторвите ягодицы от пола и перенесите вес тела на правую стопу. На вдохе, согните левую ногу в колене, одновременно уводя левое колено влево и подтягивая левую стопу к правой стопе. Достигнув левой стопой уровня правой стопы, сильнее наклоните корпус вперёд параллельно коврику и с резким шумным выдохом вытяните левую ногу назад параллельно коврику. ■ На вдохе, поднимая корпус вверх в исходное положение и одновременно согните левую ногу в колене и проносите его вперёд вместе со стопой.
