💁🏼‍♀️SHORT ON TIME?!💁🏼‍♀️This mini yoga flow is just what you need! . ☝🏼Save this video for next time you wanna squeeze in a mini yoga sesh . 🔱WARRIOR 2: Perfect blend of strength and flexibility. Bend the knee over ankle and press knee back toward putter edge of the foot. . 💎REVERSE WARRIOR: Keep that front knee over ankle!! Heart lifts up as you reach back. . 📿SIDE ANGLE: You rarely see me do this pose because it’s one of my least favorites (because it’s hard!!)🙈💩 But sometimes you need to practice the hard things! Bring elbow to knee or hand to block or mat. Top arm is straight and right next to your ear! . 👐🏼WIDE FORWARD FOLD: Bend at the hips and fold forward. Hands come to block or mat or a kitty if one walks by or any other variation you enjoy 😸😉 . 🧝🏼‍♀️GODDESS TWIST: I’ve been obsessed with variation. Toes open to the side, sink the hips down (in line with your knees if you’re able to, but don’t force it!!) Hands come to knees. Drop one shoulder in & twist. Practice on other side! . 💁🏼‍♀️REPEAT SEQUENCE ON OTHER SIDE!💁🏼‍♀️ . ⁉️How long should you hold each pose?!⁉️It’s totally up to you! If you want a super quick flow hold for 1-3 breaths. @maryochsner 🤸🏼‍♀️YOGA SEQUENCE FOR BALANCE🤸🏼‍♀️ . 💁🏼‍♀️Save this quick flow to add to your next yoga sesh to improve your balance! . 🌸SEQUENCE INCLUDES🌸 . 🌼PYRAMID: Keep hips square, the spine straight & bring the hands down to blocks or the mat. To get the most out of this pose, pull the heart toward the toes! . 💐STANDING SPLIT: Hips stay square!! It’s easy to lift the hip to get the leg higher, but that’s not the goal here. Keep hips inline, toes flexed and pointed down. ✨For extra balance challenge, bring hand (or both hands) to ankle!! . 🌷HALF MOON: Arm reaches up, lower hand on block or mat. Body & hips open up to the side. Gaze down to start! Eventually you want to gaze ahead or up at the top hand. . 🌺SWEEP UP TO EAGLE: Here’s where it gets fun! And by fun I mean super challenging 😅 Slooooowly come to Center and sweep leg forward as you stand🔥 Knee can bend or stretch it straight ahead. 🌸EAGLE: Cross leg over! ЙОГА С ПОЛЬЗОЙ! 🧘‍♀️ . Почему в итоге я выбрала йогу? Спустя более 10 лет спорта, фитнеса и гимнастики я выбрала тот вид, который о здоровье! Йога это ПРО ЗДОРОВЬЕ! . 👉🏻Сначала я вывела из функциональной деятельности свою спину спортом. Далее убила её напрочь бешеной нагрузкой в спортивном зале. И спустя годы поиска занятий для души и тела, пришла к йоге. Ведь не заниматься вообще - ещё хуже. . 👌Я предпочитаю аштанга йогу, здесь есть правила, и структура урока которая даёт результат. Она не бывает скучной, в ней всегда есть развитие и прогресс! Когда приходит новичок, я точно знаю, что у него будут результаты спустя месяц, и спустя 2-3 будут ещё результаты. А спустя год он будет здоров и красив. Его тело будет подтянутым, а ум в балансе. . 🧘‍♀️ Давайте разберём асану «собака мордой вниз» адхо мукха шванасана! #catsmom_yoga Внизу показано как НЕ надо делать!❌ Вверху ➡️ как ПРАВИЛЬНО!✅ Отстроить асану важно правильно: У вас должен получиться треугольник сделанный с помощью вашего тела.⚠️ Для простоты, я всё отметила. Welcome to #completeyourpractice a yoga challenge designed to encourage you to explore all categories of yoga poses. Day 1 is forward fold. I can’t wait to see your posts! Want to learn a little about forward folds, read on 🤓 Did you know you want to slightly tilt your pelvis forward, or an anterior tilt when you come into a any forward fold? Once you pass 90 degrees, or halfway down, the position of your pelvis and spine will change. Being able to feel the direction of your pelvis and whether or not your spine is in extension (first part of the way down) to flexion (second part of the way down) will keep you safe from pulling at the muscles in your low spine and hamstrings and increase the mobility of your pelvis. One of the most common misalignments I see in new students to yoga is folding from the waist and/or not understanding the direction the pelvis should go. I always encourage bent knees over an overly tucked pelvis and flexed spine. Release your spine first, focus on hamstrings later. Remember it’s the engagement of your quads that stretch the hamstrings, so if your spine is good and your legs are straight, actively engage the front of the thighs to stretch the hamstrings more. 🧘🏻‍♀️🧘🏻‍♀️🧘🏻‍♀️ My final tip for you is use your front core muscles and uddiyana bandha , pull your organs up into your rib cage. When you engage your front core muscles (the rectus abdominus specifically and actively engage your corset muscle, the transverse abdominus) you stretch the back muscles. Forward folds don’t just stretch the hamstrings. They stretch the entire back body from your heels all the way to the back of your head.
