Yin Yoga 🌝 🧘🏻‍♀️ . Dragon pose (Low lunge, Anjaneyasana) . . There are many common poses you can practice both in yang and yin yoga practice. Depending on how you feel each day or how you want to feel each time you step on your mat, you can choose to stay long or move with Flow. Whichever you would prefer, you can balance between #relaxation) and #strength) just like the way you stay in balance of your life. There’s no point to go beyond your edge today! . 1️⃣Start with Cat Cow if you need some warmup for releasing your upper body before taking a static pose . 2️⃣Lift your right leg and bring it forward to Lunge position . 3️⃣Align your right knee over the ankle and place your hands to the thigh to center yourself . . *Modification- 1.  Place the right hand to the block (if you can’t lower your hand is not touched yet.) and stretch your side body . 2. Hold the foot behind to stretch hip flexors and quadriceps. If can’t reach to the foot, use a towel or strap! You can also place the blanket underneath your knee to protect the knee joint.

Oft entsteht leider der Eindruck, dass es im Yoga darum geht besonders gelenkig und sportlich zu sein und spektakuläre und graziöse Asanas ausführen zu können. Aber Yoga ist so viel mehr als das! ----- Es geht viel mehr darum, sich selbst kennenzulernen und somit immer mehr bei sich selbst anzukommen. Yoga hilft dir deine Gedanken zur Ruhe zu bringen und Körper, Geist und Seele in Einklang zu bringen! Oft steckt die Herausforderung gar nicht in der Ausführung der Asanas sondern darin, sich mit sich selbst auseinanderzusetzen. Meine persönlich größte Herausforderung war es, in der Meditation einfach mal still zu sitzen und meine Gedanken in Ruhe zu beobachten. Einfach mal loslassen und in den Moment und seinen Körper hineinspüren. Anfangs kamen dadurch sogar noch mehr Gedanken und somit auch Unruhe sowie Nervosität auf. Doch nach ein paar Wochen wurde es immer leichter meine Gedanken einfach weiter ziehen zu lassen und mich selbst wirklich wahrzunehmen. Und genau das war es, was dazu geführt hat, dass ich immer mehr und mehr zu mir selbst finden konnte. Ich bin der Meinung, dass jeder Yoga praktizieren kann und sich nicht von den Bildern mit spektakulären Verrenkungen einschüchtern lassen sollte! Wenn du Yoga übst, dann vergleiche dich nicht mit Anderen sondern bleibe auf deiner Matte und ganz bei dir selbst. Gönne dir diese Auszeit und spüre in dich hinein. ----- Yoga und Ayurveda haben meine Gesundheit verbessert und somit mein Leben bereichert, sodass ich entschieden habe, dieses positive Gefühl an Andere weiterzugeben. This morning I taught a 9:00 yoga class @route250healthperformance , and as I was leaving, an hour later, I quickly jumped into the CrossFit class. I stayed and finished the lifting part that I missed.... last. A total of 150 14# wallballs A total of 70 V-Ups Did the “Extra” as well A total of 100 pushups A total of 60 plate raises . Bench press 5 sets 5X 65 lbs . The last part I did at my own pace. And for some reason these 3 words keep resonating in my mind #moveyourbody. . . No matter if your slower. Keep going. &. Move. Your.
