Phenomenal post by @aboloninayoga 🕉 --- А сегодня снова О ПИТАНИИ Напишите в комментариях, какого питания вы придерживаетесь и считаете ли вы, что оно самое лучшее не только для вас, но ЛУЧШЕЕ в принципе? Кто это придумал, что вегетарианец лучше и возвышенней мясоеда, веган вегетарианца, сыроед вегана, а праноед сыроеда? Слушая и читая приверженцев некоторых систем питания, проскальзывают именно такие посылы. И порой разгораются, таки кровопролитные войны!🙈 Мне кажется странным, когда один человек начиная что-то менять в своем рационе или жизни, как-будто бы моментально "прозревает" и переходит в статус "просветленного гуру", который просто обязан донести всем окружающим, (априори заблудшим душам), как это они, такие погрязшие в тама и раджа гуне, все еще кого-то едят, пьют молочку, употребляют варенку, или вообще что-то еще кушают🤦🏻‍♀️ То есть вчера, когда он уплетал шаурму в лавке за углом, все люди вокруг были нормальными, а вот сегодня он уже 3 месяца как веган и окружающие стали глупыми вульгарнымм мясоедами. Митинги, навязчивые акции часто проходят очень агрессивно. Но даже добрая правильная мысль, поданная в такой манере, не может стать причиной позитивных перемен. Любая агрессия вызывает защитную реакцию и обратный результат. Я не ем живность уже 9 лет, молочные продукты то уходят, то возвращаются в мою жизнь, в жаре я могу есть сырую пищу, но почему-то мне никогда не хотелось заставить кого-то делать так, как я. Слава Богу адекватных веганов, вегетарианцев и сыроедов тоже достаточно и это очень классно. Поводом для написания этого поста стали, замеченные в соц сетях комментарии и посты, митинги и демонстрации на улице (даже вон в Дели недавно видела митинг веганов). Мне, такие проявления непонятны. На мою почту порой, тоже приходят письма наподобие: КАК! ВЫ ПРЕПОДАЕТЕ ЙОГУ И УПОТРЕБЛЯЕТЕ МОЛОЧКУ! А КАК ЖЕ АХИМСА 🤦🏻‍♀️ Желание спасти мир, безусловно, похвально. Но коровы- не единственные живые существа, которые страдают в этом мире. Вся природа страдает от деятельности и жизни человека, и наблюдая за этим я предлагаю каждому начать с себя, изменить свое мышление, свой рацион, свое поведение по отношению к окружающей природ

Post light stretching smoothie time ... I usually have to make another because of this little hungry monkey 🐵💓 Although I can’t keep up with my usual exercise for now I’m trying to keep my diet the same , eating intuitively ,get a ton of fruits / veg in 🥦🍎 Smoothies are great (especially for picky toddlers) because you can literally hide anything in them 😁 (this is packed with half a banana, half an avo, spinach, kale, blueberries, coconut milk yogurt, vanilla almond milk, water,chia seeds & walnuts!) Have a wonderful day !! Xx

I suggest warming up before with jumping jacks, jump squats and high knees! - So - I try do this routine every other day. It’s important to take a day off because you don’t want overuse your muscle and joints. But consistency and patience is key for middle splits. - It’s important to push yourself in these exercises - but not too far. It should feel like a sore, uncomfortable stretch NOT pinching or painful. Just learn your body and it’s limits. - It’s taken me a YEAR to establish my routine and what works for me. I put a lot of effort into creating this I hope you guys get use out of it. I suggest writing down the poses since I do go through it kind of fast here.
