Carrying hatred and ill will with us poisons both our own minds and in turn our interactions outwards, even towards those with which our anger was intended.⁣ ⁣ "Holding on to hatred is like holding a burning coal and expecting it to burn the other person" ~ Quote often (mis)attributed to Buddha⁣ ⁣ The advice of H.H. Dalai Lama on the subject resonates very strongly with me. He suggests that the highest forgiveness is to maintain absolute compassion towards the doer of the offensive action but that that does not mean validating the action itself. I think often we feel that to forgive a person for a wrong doing is to give acceptance or validation to the act itself, but that need not be the case. I strongly believe that a world in which we see wrongdoers as people who need healing rather than people who need punishment is a better world for all of us. ⁣ ⁣ It is understandably incredibly hard for most of us to even speak of forgiveness when a loved one has been seriously hurt by another, again it may feel like to speak in that way is to validate the act and to be adding insult to injury for the one who has been hurt and it is perhaps very important to put the healing of the victim first, but carrying hate helps no one.⁣ ⁣ And finally let us forgive ourselves for past mistakes, letting them serve to inform us of who we want to be now and onwards and then letting go of any negative feelings as it will not serve as to carry them any more.⁣ ⁣⁣ Om Shanti Shanti Shantihi⁣⁣

✨ 7. Dezember ✨ Hello abs. Das ist wohl kein Geheimnis, du kannst deine Bauchmuskeln noch so viel trainieren, wenn zu viel Fett darüber liegt, kommen sie nicht zum Vorschein. Aber gerade deshalb macht es ja auch Sinn, am Training dran zu bleiben, denn je besser deine Bauchmuskeln trainiert sind, umso schneller werden sie sichtbar, wenn der Körperfettanteil sinkt. Durch Training schaffst du das am besten mit Trainingskonzepten, die deinen Fettstoffwechsel so richtig auf Touren bringen und die Kalorien purzeln lassen. HIIT, Tabata oder Zirkeltraining eignen sich hier perfekt. Integriere wöchentlich min. eines dieser high intensity workouts. Zusammen mit den 2x 10 – 20 Minuten isolierten Ab workouts bist du hier schon auf dem besten Weg zu deinen power abs. Und noch ein kleiner Tipp, wie ich das immer mit den 10-20 Minuten ab workouts mache, wenn ich sie nicht ins Training integriere erledige ich sie direkt morgens nach dem aufstehen, auf nüchternen Magen.
