Whether it is professionally or in your private life, I tend to get impatient and want things to happen ... the way I want it of course. But living in the wait can most of the time makes us become frustrated and to easily think of giving up. However, time has often proven that things happen for a reason and if there is a waiting period and a need to be patient, then it’s best to have a good attitude than a negative one which will only ruin your mood, quality time you could spend with your loved ones and your life in general. 🌟 . Needs work (& lots of it) but getting there 😇 I've been really getting into yoga lately, particularly of the hot and sweaty studio variety, but on a mat in the living room/by the caravan/at the gym too. Kinda surprised myself how much I like it - as the least spiritual person on the planet (hi I'm Lily and I don't believe in souls) I thought some aspects may be a bit... airy fairy? for me but turns out I actually quite like the meditative side of things. And the stretchy bendy workout side too. Hot Yoga Cardio is quite the workout 😰 Probably get ahead of myself and want to try twisting my body in knots before I should but hey, the handstand goal is there and I WILL reach it, wobbly hyperextendable shoulder and all 😂
