It doesn’t have to be in a handstand, but it applies the same in planks. Place more pressure into the fingertips and you distribute the weight across the hand. The biggest problem I see is that people place more pressure resting on the back of their hand/wrist and with a possible lack of range of motion, it only adds more pressure at the wrist. If you move weight from the palm, down the knuckles and out to the fingertips, it helps to evenly distribute the pressure and decrease any added pressure on the wrist. . The next step is making sure your wrists have the proper range of motion!! Repost from @kellygriffithsxx BRAVE POST TIME 😩🙈 I've had this photo since before Christmas time and I've been debating whether I should post it and explain how I fixed my skin. I've just always been too nervous to do so! But I always find myself telling people/clients/friends anyways and I love that I'm helping someone & after helping another lovely client today I thought why not. Im hoping posting this will help someone else to! Up until I was 22 I never had skin problems then all of a sudden it changed and I tried everything possible other than taking medication (which i definitely considered). I spent so long feeling ashamed, sad, embarrassed and anxious over my skin & now hate to see other people feeling the same. It wasn't until late last year a friend of mine shared an article from the @medicalmedium - he encourages drinking 16 ounces of celery juice on an empty stomach every morning along with a few other diet tweaks. I was SOOO sceptical but I was desperate and did what he recommended and within 2 weeks I noticed drastic changes. It was unbelievable! These days I don't drink it as regularly as I should and it's an aim for me to drink it daily again, but I do drink it around 4 times a week - when I'm religious and eating well according to guidelines my skins perfect. But even after slacking slightly over the summer and indulging a little more than I know should 😂🍷🍩 - my skin stays great. I get spots but it's only very little and I'm enjoying myself - it doesn't necessarily have to mean drastic changes to see results. I encourage anyone suffering to take a look at his page and consider trying it because you won't be disappointed. Sending all my love to anyone suffering, I know it's hard and feels shit at times but there's thing we can do & we are more than just our skin 💜 #celeryjuice #medicalmedium

We think, “mines ugly” “too big” “too wide” “too small” “too wrinkly” “gross” “too droopy” or those lucky ones “it’s cute”. I’ve always had a phobia () about showing mine, I even got a belly ring to see if that would help, negative. Bellybuttons are just beautiful scars from the first connections we had with our mothers. No one has control over having an innie or outie, this comes down to the amount of skin and space between our abdominal wall. Most mammals have one (dogs have them, and they’re adorable). We have stimulating fibers lining the inside of our tummies that if you poke your bellybutton you’ll get a sudden need to pee! They can also leak urine during pregnancies, everything is connected to the spinal cord and to the baby. They used to be banned on TV - Pornography? Or phobias? 🤔 anyway. I’m posting this because I rarely show my bellybutton, but here it is! And I accept it, this beautiful scar that is now surrounded by a belly ring scar, and a scar from having my gall bladder removed. Yup I’m missing an organ 😁 I’m learning to love my imperfections. ⁣Sometimes traditional espresso lattes leave me feeling depleted, add to my anxiety & my creative energy becomes chaotic & destructive. I found that mixing herbs & roots with nut milk provide energy & focus with out all the worry. The herbs change depending on what my body calls for. I encourage you to experiment and see what works for you. Here I mixed -1 c warm organic nut milk. -1/4 t moringa, -1 t cacao, 1/2 t matcha, ⁣ -1/4 t reishi, ⁣ -1/4 t ashwagandha & ⁣ 1/4 t tumeric. I finished with : -1 t ghee, -1 T hemp seeds & a dash of tumeric. Optional 1 t honey.

IS IT NORMAL FOR BOWEL MOVEMENTS TO CHANGE? _ Some people may experience a change in their bowel movements when starting to consume celery juice.
