Today I woke up in a terrible state, I didn’t get enough sleep, the neighbors didn’t bother me to sleep at midnight🤦🏼‍♀️, and my baby was also naughty all night 😢... my first thought was - the day was spoiled🙄 ...and I chose a smile - and immediately noticed that all the people who met me and my daughter on the way to kindergarten, they also smiled in response) then my husband called and told good news, in general - the day actually started well, and only we choose how to respond and how to live our lives! And today I am very grateful that we have such a choice !!! The main thing is to allow yourself to see and make the right choice for yourself !!!😘 . The stretches here are a progression and I usually hold them for 20 breaths. This sequence is suitable for beginners and anyone who wants to gain flexibility or release tightness in the lower body. However if it creates pain and discomfort (not feeling like a stretch) please ask a yoga instructor. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Inner thighs: Use hands to gently push your knees closer to wall keeping shoulders down in Variation 1. Keep chest lifted & spine long in Variations 2 & 3. Hamstrings: Keep knees bent to protect lower back. The first block is under the head, the second block is under the thoracic (upper) spine, where your bra line is, to open the chest and upper spine! 2. Puppy pose on blocks (or no blocks if you’re tighter) to open lats, chest, triceps and front body. 3. Bow with strap: to open lats, triceps and more front body muscles 4. Low lunge with quad stretch: to open hips, quads, and hamstrings 5. Frog: to open quads and hips, and also shoulder.
