Yes, Manipura Chakra contains many precious jewels,  amazing qualities, which we really require like clarity, self confidence, bliss,  self assurance, knowledge, wisdom,  ability to make decisions!! So it is advised in Ayurveda to practice everyday for this chakra, yes, it is the fire element so we should practice more core strengthening asanas, kapalbhati pranayama and That's why the colour of this chakra is Yellow and it is located at our Naval so it is known as Naval Chakra, too !  And we are practicing BOAT POSE Or Any ARM BALANCE for it !!💛💛💛 . 🌊⁣⁣ #OceanAsanas 💧3️⃣ #FishPose 🐠 Scientists report that our ocean’s mercury levels have risen over 30% the last 20 years, and will increase another 50% in the next few decades. Pollution is running rampant in the oceans but one of the scariest pollutants is mercury because, well, it ends up on the dinner table. Emissions from coal power plants are the primary culprit, dispensing poisonous mercury that works its way up the food chain, eventually coming to us through the fish we eat. This neurotoxin can alter brain development of fetuses and has been linked with learning problems. The worst part is mercury levels in the oceans are predicted to rise. According to the Environmental Protection Agency, coal-fired power plants are the largest industrial source of mercury pollution in the country. And, mercury has already contaminated water bodies in all 50 states, let alone our oceans. The mercury is absorbed by organisms on the bottom of the food chain and as bigger fish eat bigger fish, it works its way back up the food chain right to us, most notably in the form of tuna. What are the most dangerous Yoga Poses? . Any pose can become dangerous if done with poor alignment - repeatedly or long enough. But M Adler talks about 7 stretches in particular which he considers most dangerous, especially for beginners or those who are moderately active. One of those 7 is Chakrasana. . It is an enticing pose but great care should be taken in preparing for it as it creates pressure on the spinal discs and can pinch the nerves. Good news is that all of the preparatory poses for Chakrasana are absolutely awesome. 😀 . They work on the front body activating the heart centre, giving us more space to breathe which in turn creates a very fulfilling sense of openness. This backbend can be intense but the feeling right after you’re done with it makes it worth it. . I particularly enjoy Viparita Dandasana more than Chakrasana as it takes the weight off my wrists. . ▪️I’ve uploaded a ~10 min preparatory video for this pose on my IGTV for #MiniYogaSequences which you can practice before doing this pose. Please only attempt this pose if it is already a part of your practice. . ▪️I would highly recommend at least 3 to 6 rounds of sun salutations prior to it. . 💔Remember that one of the easiest ways to *overstretcch* a muscle is to stretch it when it’s cold. . ❣️Stretching without warmup is possible but for seasoned practitioners/dancers/advanced athletes - most of us shouldn’t. We will just create more wear and tear in our body which may go unnoticed now but it will show up in old age. By then it may be too late to regret the stuff we did for *INSTAGRAM* 😉 .
