Како да го ослободите заробениот нерв во лумбалниот предел (ишијас): Кога интервертебралниот диск, по протрузијата, врши притисок на нервот, се јавува болка која се протега надолу низ ногата. Оваа состојба е позната како ишијас. Ишијас се однесува на болката што се случува на ишијадичниот нерв – кој се разгранува од долниот дел на грбот преку колковите и задникот, и се спушти кон секоја нога. Секое нарушување на простор, каде што нервот поминува, може да резултира со в клештување. Лумбална болка се шири по должината на горниот дел од ногата, под коленото во листот и / или на стапалото. Болката е силна, постојана, во форма на жарење, вкочанетост на нозете, што го отежнува движењето. Најчесто болката се шири на едната нога, и посилна е болката во лумбалниот предел. Болката се интензивира во текот на ноќта, по подолго стоење, седење, кивање, кашлање и напор. Традиционално, третман на ишијас најпрвин се врши со употреба на соодветни лекови препорачани од страна на лекар. Но, најдобро е да не се ограничите само на употребата на лекови против болки. Ако за време на третманот што го правите правите и едноставни вежби за истегнување на мускулите за кратко време ќе заборавите на болката. Корисни вежби кај вклештување на ишијадичниот нерв (ишијас): Вежби за истегнување може да бидат многу корисни, бидејќи тие помагаат да се смири воспалението, а со тоа и за намалување на болката. Се разбира, во прво време нема да биде лесно, бидејќи вежбите се изведуваат пополека, зголемувајќи го истегнувањето при издишување. Со изведување на овие вежби, ја стимулирате циркулацијата на крвта, елиминирате стагнација во мускулите, со што се забрзува закрепнувањето 1. Легнете на рамна површина, свиткајте ги нозете каде што чувствувате болка и нежно повлечете ги кон рамениците. Кога ќе почувствувате истегнување, обидете да ги задржите нозете во таа положба 30 секунди. Исправите ја ногата, одморете се малку и да направите ја оваа вежба уште два пати. Balance is key to a yogi. To me it means keeping my religion and traditions while embracing new wonderful teachings from yoga and Buddhism. When I balance physically, on one leg, on my arms or on my knees, I realize it is just a reflection of my inner balance. Seeing my body getting stronger I realize my mind gets stronger. 🧘Cada día el cuerpo se siente y se muestra diferente, en Ashtanga Yoga repetimos la misma serie de asanas cada día y cuando ya llevamos un cierto tiempo haciéndola de forma continua podemos sentir distintas sensaciones e incluso molestias físicas que pueden ir cambiando en su intensidad😨, que pueden irse moviendo de sitio y que nos pueden generar miedo y preocupación.😟 Pero es a través de la misma práctica que esas sensaciones se van liberando y desapareciendo, es parte de la limpieza profunda que ocurre cuando existe una práctica sostenida.😊 Nuestro cuerpo encierra energías que se encuentran bloqueadas y es a través de la energía que movilizamos con el diario trabajo corporal que esas "bloqueos de energía" pueden moverse y finalmente liberarse🙏. Sigo sorprendiéndome cada día del proceso tan profundo y sutil que ocurre dentro de nosotros cuando hay una dedicación firme a la práctica. Yogasanas and the body-mind connection: The mind and body are not separate entities although there is a tendency to think and act as though they are. The gross form of the mind is the body and the subtle form of the body is the mind. The practice of asana integrates and harmonises the two. Both the body and the mind harbour tensions or knots. Every mental knot has a corresponding physical, muscular knot and vice versa. The aim of asana is to release these knots. Asanas release mental tensions by dealing with them on the physical level, acting somato-psychically, through the body to the mind. For example, emotional tensions and suppression can tighten up and block the smooth functioning of the lungs, diaphragm and breathing process, contributing to a very debilitating illness in the form of asthma. Muscular knots can occur anywhere in the body: tightness of the neck as cervical spondylitis, the face as neuralgia, etc. A well chosen set of asanas, combined with pranayama, shatkarmas, meditation and yoga nidra, is most effective in eliminating these knots, tackling them from both the mental and physical levels. The result is the release of dormant en- ergy; the body becomes full of vitality and strength, the mind becomes light, creative, joyful and balanced. Regular practice of asana maintains the physical body in an optimum condition and promotes health even in an unhealthy body.
