Slippy socks sun salutes ☀ . For this you need no mat, slippy floor and socks 🧦 🧦 . Start in tadasana, inhale and raise the arms overhead, exhale fold into uttanasana. 💪 Inhale lift part of the way up in ardha uttanasana, exhale press the hands on the floor and slide back into plank pose. Hold plank for an inhale shift forward and exhale into chaturanga dandasana. Roll over the toes/or flip on the front of the feet to lift in upward facing dog on the inhale and pike the hips into downward facing dog (keep toes tucked under). 💪 Press the hands into the floor actively, lift the lower belly and keep the hips high as you slide the feet forwards and in between the hands. On the next inhale lift into ardha uttanasana and exhale fold into uttanasana. Inhale lift the arms overhead, activating the glutes as you back bend and exhale in tadasana. . I hope you like them. I was actually stumped about this day and what to share at first. You need a strong core for bending, turning, reaching, standing, sitting, lifting, carrying, vacuuming, walking, running, swimming, playing...
