Aklimationstour um Namche Bazaar herum. Im Gänsemarsch geht es hinauf zum Everest View Hotel (3880m, richtiges Hotel mit Piano in der Lobby) Dort stehen 4 Helis im Einsatz. Auf der Panoramaterasse haben die Kellner alle Hände voll zu tun. Die Trekker kämpfen um die besten Positionen auf das Panorama. . Wir gehen dann weiter nach Khumjung und Khunde und auf einmal verschwinden die Menschenmassen. What is the best training program or plan for you? --- Guess what there is no best program or plan for everyone. --- The best program or plan for you is the the one that you can do consistently. --- Wether that is walking, running, joining a gym or doing a group fitness class, find what works best for you and is something that you enjoy. --- Finding something you enjoy and can do consistently is going to be more of a benefit to you in the long term rather than something you do every couple of weeks and doesn't bring you happiness. --- If you are only starting out then start small and build on that week by week and month by month. You are more likely to stick to a plan if you take your time and increase what you do over a period of time rather than jumping head first into a program and train 6 days a week which will more than likely lead you to being very sore, tired and probably thinking that maybe this program is not for you. --- At the end of the day the thing that matters most is that whatever program or plan you decide on make sure you stay consistent with it and it brings you happiness. . Think all PT’s are fit then watch this! # I am not ashamed to say that I am not Fit, not even in the slightest. # I’ll be honest I loved bodybuilding and not blowing my own trumpet even when the going got tough I found it ok! My joints didn’t but I felt comfortable. # This strength and conditioning program I have written is brutal especially the conditioning element. # If I can get a good run injury and illness free I’ll 100% see improvements in my fitness and my strength will increase but at the moment it’s when and If! # Today was one of those days where I just said “that’s it, enough is enough” even though I gave my all today’s session was brutal! # It took every ounce of energy and mental power to finish it, the thought of my Spanish omelette got me through it though! # I guess this is why we love training! The struggle is real but it’s worth it! That feeling at the end! You get to enjoy the process no matter how bad you feel! # Now I can safely say,I feel so much better having trained, I’m Set up for the day. # Workout Wednesday is as follows # Dead lifts 4 x 3 Superset Hang cleans 4 x 3 # Walking lunges 3 x 12 reps total Superset GHR 3 x 6/8 # Finisher: 21-15-9 # Box Jumps and KB Snatch (each arm)
