Yesterday was one of those days were I didn’t have much time in the gym BUT I did make it there so that’s a WIN! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ So with an hour on the clock and it being a lower body day, my workout was this GLUTE FOCUSED circuit. Don’t be fooled this may look easy but your 🍑 will be on 🔥! Details are below! 🔽 Let’s get it in! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 🔥hex bar deadlifts 🔥hip thrusts 🔥banded kickbacks 🔥banded side steps ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ For this workout I went heavy and did as many reps as I could starting with my weakest side and was able to complete 6 sets (in an hour) taking rests when needed. Back & Bis week 🤘🏽 and we making gains 🥶 . . Couldn’t do the normal VBar rows today because people were in the way. Soo we work around them. 🤷🏽‍♂️ Lil TBar row action was a fine substitute. Could have hit neutral group to replicate the VBar but chose to keep working my upper back instead with an overhand grip. . . We’re up in weight and reps with the 40s this week. Hit the 40s last week for 8. This week we got two more reps. This week we touched the 45s for a top set of 6 reps. Gains. Gains. Gains. 😈 . . Currently taking on more online clients of all levels!
