This post won’t perform as well because I missed “the mark” on posting time, but oh well 🤷🏻‍♀️ I chose to workout instead of posting in the peak time where I’d get more traffic. Sometimes it’s hard not to let this app rule over you, at least it is for me. On another note I talked in my stories about this workout app I’m doing with friends is part hitt / part yoga. LOL, I’ve never done yoga before and trying to mimic these poses are funny 😂 and of course I tried to get Zach to do the pose & he was obviously more flexible than me 😂😂😂 have you ever done yoga, do you enjoy it?
