This combo was simple yet so good🙌🏻 I used the macro whole foods falafel mix again which was super simple and whipped up these falafels in under 10 minutes. . The rest of the salad included: - baby spinach - cucumber - tomato - quinoa - salt and pepper to taste - my FAVOURITE part 👉🏼 A tsp of tahini mixed with lemon and a dash of water... simply drizzle on top😍 . morning routine🌞✨ my first post!!! 💛 i figured i would start by showing you my morning routine because its my absolute favorite part of my day. every day i genuinely wake up excited and ready because i love my routine THAT much. if i dont start my morning the same way, my day is completely thrown off. start your morning off right and the rest of your day will follow💕 i always begin my day with warm lemon water (not pictured) to get my body moving! it not only promotes healthy digestion and allows my body a “clean slate” for the day, but wakes me up naturally! 🍋 then, i move onto fruit. 🍌🥭🍓🥝 usually i’ll have whatever fruit im craving alongside my tropical bub (also not pictured, separate post coming later because i love it so much💚). on this day, i stuck with strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries with @so_delicious unsweetened coconut yogurt topped with cinnamon & cacao nibs!! (one of my fav breakfasts) usually around 45 minutes to an hour later, i make my second breakfast- AVO TOAST🥑 i usually have my toast using @foodforlifebaking gf brown rice bread, @chosenfoods avo oil, @traderjoes etbtb seasoning and pepper!

I was planning on making a Tangy Trout Tuesday dinner tonight. But, the trout at the store looked like it had seen a better day or two. Halibut, on the other hand, looked amazing and I splurged. When the fish is this good, no recipe is needed. Some salt, pepper, garlic powder, a few chunks of butter and a few lemon slices, 400F oven and 15-20 minutes of time is all that’s needed to make a wonderful Baked Halibut Tuesday dinner. I served it over baked veggies: I chopped one zucchini, one yellow squash, one red pepper, 3 young carrots, sprinkled everything liberally with salt, pepper and Italian spices and baked at 400 F for 30 min. I added the halibut in another baking dish for the last 15 min. For my tartar sauce I used about 3/4 cup of chopped dill pickles, 3/4 cup mayo, 1/2 a small white onion, pepper, 1 tsp of lemon juice and a handful of chopped cilantro leaves. I know for most of my friends here it’s not warm and tropical and exciting right now because we’re in the thick of an Aussie winter but there are ways to bring the tropics indoors. Like this body butter, which is basically hawaii in a jar 🌴🌺🍹 Enjoy beauties 🤗 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ INGREDIENTS ▫️1/2 cup shea butter ▫️1/4 cup coconut oil ▫️2 Tbsp jojoba oil ▫️1 Tbsp argan oil ▫️1 tsp beeswax pastilles ▫️1 Tbsp arrowroot powder ▫️4 drops lime essential oil ▫️1/4 tsp pineapple extract ▫️1/4 tsp coconut extract ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ INSTRUCTIONS: Gently melt shea butter, coconut oil, jojoba oil, argan oil, and beeswax (double boiler works great for this or use 1 medium pot with water halfway and a smaller pot with ingredients placed on top of medium pot). Once all ingredients are melted remove from heat and stir well. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Allow mixture to cool until it is opaque (can no longer see through the ingredients but not solid). ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Add the remaining ingredients to the mixture then whip with a hand or stand mixer. Whip until the ingredients are thoroughly combined and the mixture is light and fluffy. This will take about 3-5 minutes. You will know when it is ready because you should be able to stick a spoon in the mixture and the spoon (along with the mixture) will stay in place when held upside down. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ When finished whipping, spoon mixture into jars of your choice and store in a cool place. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

California burritos for my guy, bbq cauliflower salad and fries for me! 😋😋😋 - He loves these burritos sooooo much! 😍 @fieldroast chipotle sausage sautéed with peppers and onion, stuffed in a tortilla with oil free fries, fresh corn salsa, and guac. Then onto the panini press they go til they’re nice a crispy. 🤤 - My salad was cauliflower tossed with bbq sauce and roasted until tender, on a bed of romaine with fresh corn salsa, cucumbers, tomatoes and homemade cashew ranch. Amazing on its own, but even better with some fries and guac. 😋😋😋
