This post will be short and sweet because I got started prepping VERY late but meal prepping is a must for me so though it was late and I’m tired I got it done. I apologize for not posting recipes today but here’s my accountability: Breakfast: Vegan Vanilla Shakeology with chilled coffee and water, ice, kale, banana, homemade cashew butter, ground flax seed, and cinnamon. Morning Snack: Oatmeal with homemade cashew butter, maple syrup, cinnamon, and blueberries. Afternoon Snacks: Hard boiled eggs , hummus, and ground turkey made with coconut aminos, garlic powder. Lunch: Pollo con Salsa Lizano (revised Lizano recipe will be posted), gallopinto, and Israeli Salad (recipe to be posted). Dinner: Either Air Fried Chili Lime Cod (“Oh My Cod”) or the cooked ground turkey, with gallopinto and broccoli. Beginning Week 2 of Round 6 of #LIIFT4 which will be my last week being 40! I’ll be roaring in 41 on the 23rd!! Until the next installment of #MasterPrepTheater
