Before your meal or snacks drink 16 oz of water, you might be thirsty not hungry! 2️⃣ Protein! Try incorporating some sort of protein source into your meals/snacks! 3️⃣ Eat till you’re full not overly stuffed. Just because it’s on your plate does not mean you have to eat it! Save it for later! 4️⃣ Just because other people are eating it doesn’t mean you have to. If they are having pizza, but you don’t want it, don’t eat it! You can order a pizza whenever you want! - It’s ok if you ate a half bag of chips in one sitting, just don’t eat a bag of chips every single day! HERE’S A 15 MINUTE EMOM WORKOUT! you can do this entire workout AT HOME! like girllll i gotchuuu 😉 _ double tap &&& save this workout for later! it’s a BURNER FOR SURE! and it’s great if you’re short on time! _ EMOM stands for Every Minute On the Minute. this may not look difficult, but give it a try! at the top of every minute you will begin an exercise. whatever time is left of that minute is rest. here’s what we did today! 1️⃣ 20 weighted walking lunges 2️⃣ 20 plank shoulder taps (each shoulder) 3️⃣ 12 pushups 4️⃣ 30 mountain climbers 5️⃣ 15 dumbbell squat to overhead press once you’ve completed this one time through, start back at exercise one at the beginning of the minute. we did 3 full rounds which equaled 15 minutes! this is a NO EXCUSES workout! it can be done at home or at the gym for a fast burn! save this for later to get up and get active! 👏🏽☺️ _ love you all! let me know if you try this out 🌟💪🏽 _ wearing @gymsharkwomen flex leggings and fraction top

Happy Sunday!! Here’s a quick and challenging #HomeWorkout I did this week. Using correct form and mind-muscle connection...(thinking about what muscles you are working) is key to building a strong body. . Here’s what I did: 1️⃣RDL to Row 2️⃣Bridge Press 3️⃣Oblique Twist 4️⃣Squat Jump 5️⃣Alt KB Push-ups . 12 reps of each. 6 rounds. As little rest as possible. . When you perfect 👌🏽 your form, add weight. Progressively overloading your muscles will help build strength, burn fat and get you lean. . Push yourself! If you fail, that’s ok...get up and try again. Push-ups aren’t my favorite because I’m not good at them. But I do them. I practice. I fail. But I keep working. . Don’t give up! And always...have fun. Enjoy the process 🙃 . These are just shoes. They cannot talk, nor can they do the work for me. But they are a reminder. A reminder of the price I'm willing to pay - for this bike, and for my health. These are just shoes, and I am just a human. A human who wants to thrive in this body i have been given. A human who wants to push past barriers to achieve goals. She’s stronger than me, and an absolute power house who just doesn’t stop. Bangs out rep after rep. She’s great to be around and encourages me to progress, spots me and makes me get every rep. Mindfulness 🙏 I was fortunate enough to teach two cover classes teaching a beginners class of Yogalates last Saturday. Two hours back to back at @energie_fitness_enfield and @parkviewhealthclubs in Palmers Green Thank you to all the gym members who took part in my class 🙏 At the end of the class, I taught guided relaxation releasing tension and any anxiety held in the major muscles and body parts. I moved on to meditation using music and visualisations to still the mind and body.
