🍂Уттанасана🍂 Наклон вперед из положения стоя . #alenasyogaAZ . Эта поза является одной из базовых, и создана для того, чтобы мы в ней отдыхали. Важное в асане - вытянуть позвоночник от копчика до шеи. Помним, что наклон вниз совершается не от талии, а от тазобедренных суставов, т.е. вы складываетесь пополам с ногами. Небольшой лайфхак для тех, у кого округляется спина - можно выполнить наклон вниз с согнутыми ногами, захватиться руками за лодыжки, прижать ребра к бедрам, а затем попробовать выровнять ноги в коленях, не отрывая ребер от ног. Выравниваем настолько, насколько позволяет расстяжка задней поверхности бедра, но не доводим мышцы до дрожи. . ‼️На что обратить внимание: 🔸НОГИ ровные в коленях, коленные чашечки подтянуты, передняя поверность бедра напряжена. НО допускается сгибание ног в коленях, если при наклоне округляется спина и задняя поверхность ног ощущает болезненное вытяжение. 🔸СЕДАЛИЩНЫЕ КОСТИ разворачиваются и тянутся вверх в потолок. 🔸ПОЗВОНОЧНИК вытягивается под собственным весом тела вниз. 🔸ШЕЯ расслаблена, вытягивается вниз от своего основания, которое берет начало глубоко в верхней части спины между лопатками. 🔸ГОЛОВА висит, макушка тянется вниз. 🔸ТУЛОВИЩЕ удлинняется, а не сжимается. 🔸ЖИВОТ втянут вовнутрь сам по себе, т.е. мышцы живота должны быть мягкими и расслаблеными. 🔸 РЁБРА стремятся прижаться к передней поверхности бедер. 🔸СТОПЫ стоят вместе, плотно прижаты к полу, вес находится в пальцах ног, а не заваливается назад на пятки. 🔸ЛАДОНИ могут стоять на полу по обеим сторонам от стоп (при этом они плотно давят в пол, т.о. вы сможете дотянуть себя еще больше вниз), можно выполнить захват сзади за лодыжки или за пятки. Главное - не тяните себя вниз руками, чревато травмой поясницы. 🔸ЛОКТИ во всех случаях сгибаются назад. 🔸ДЫХАНИЕ: выдох делается при наклоне вперед, в самом наклоне сохраняется спокойное глубокое дыхание со звуком. С каждым выдохом корпус и позвоночник еще больше удлинняются. . 🚫Когда не практиковать: 🔸Травмы поясницы 🔸Высокое и низкое давление 🔸Травмы колен. При переразгибе коленных суставов колени допускается чуть присгибать. 🔸Беременность

Because a person's best friend or his worst enemy is none other than his own self.” - Bhagavad Gita (Chapter 6, Verse 5) • • Without first learning how to enjoy, appreciate and respect ourselves, we will never truly be able to enjoy, appreciate and respect the people in our lives. How can we truly love another person without learning how to love ourselves first? Whenever I’ve placed my own self-worth and self-esteem on people, I’ve always ended up disappointed. Why? Because I’ve placed my sense of worthiness on external forces which are always changing and in a constant state of flux. A house is always built from the ground up (foundation comes first). In regards to our self love this to me looks like spending time discovering what are our deeper drives and motivations are, knowing the things that we are willing to work on (the negotiable) and the ones that we stand firm on (the non-negotiable. With the ultimate goal being to let go of all attachments). The more we can know and understand ourselves, the less we will think and act according to what people, external pressures and other life circumstances tell us. • With all that said, my homework for today is to cultivate more self-awareness. Paying attention to what goes on inside to discover why I think, feel and behave the way I do. The best way I know how to do this is through the practice of meditation. Whenever I sit to meditate I’m always confronted with my inner most thoughts, hopes, dreams and fears. Meditation to me equals self-understanding which I feel is an essential ingredient to any healthy relationship. So today I challenge you to meditate as well. If you’re already a regular meditator, I challenge you to meditate just a few minutes longer or with a different intention on self love and self discovery! Guten Morgen, ich bin Elisa . Schon auf Kindesbeinen tanzte und verbog sich Elisa mit Freude. Die Bewegungserfahrung im Körper fasziniert sie immer wieder aufs Neue. Auch in den tieferen und feinstofflichen Schichten - erfahrbar über den Atem, Meditation und Mantra, Stille und Klang. Nach ihrer ersten Yogalehrerausbildung in New York (2009) liess sich Elisa in Zürich nieder. In der Limmatstadt durfte sie sich weiterbilden und unterrichtend ihre Flügel ausbreiten. Diese trugen sie schliesslich für ein Jahr bis nach Taiwan. Elisas Einflüsse stammen von ihrem langjährigen Mentor und Pranayama-Lehrer Stephen Thomas, von ihren Yin-Lehrern Sarah Powers, Josh Summers und Mirjam Wagner und ihrer Yoga-Seelenschwester Manuela Peverelli. Elisa ist der Überzeugung, dass solche Prägungen auf dem Yoga-Weg in jedem Menschen zu einer einzigartigen Mischung verschmelzen und von da aus weitergehen. So ist ihr Unterricht durchdacht und fordernd, aber immer auch ein Innehalten und bei sich Verweilen. Seit 2014 lebt Elisa mit ihrer kleinen Familie in Bern. Sie bloggt mit kritischem Geist über das Anwenden der Yoga-Praxis im Alltag und im Mutter-Dasein. 2016 bis 2018 war Elisa Co-Leiterin und Marketingverantwortliche von Dayayoga Bern. Sie verspürte den Wunsch, wieder mehr kreativ und inhaltlich zu arbeiten. Yogaluna gab ihr diese Chance. Here I am part way through my sunset practise on Gili Air Island. I am often asked by students what aids my development the most which is difficult to answer...............but a major factor in a world which is always looking to move to fast is patience in the body and mind. I often see people pictured in this Asana with the supporting knee totally buckled out/ conceding all what is needed because they have not at that point the ability to achieve it.
