I topped my bowl with hemp seeds, black cumins seeds and of course tahini 💚😁🙏. Who wants to join me? . . To get a perfect creamy sweet potato preheat the oven to 240 degrees Celsius (450 degrees Fahrenheit). Moisten the sweet potato with water, make several cuts all over with a knife and wrap it in aluminum foil. Place on the rack in the middle of the oven and bake for about 1 hour. The sweetpotatoe is ready when it feels soft and can be pressed in. 😍🙏😋. . Hello from Marrakech! 😀♥️♥️ We’ve been having the best time in Morocco and eating so much amazing food! I’ve been living on a diet of mainly vegetable targine & couscous and fresh fruit!! 😋👅👅 There’s fresh fruit everywhere! My favorite has been the pomegranate, figs and dates (thes ones are filled with almond paste)!! Somehow the fruit just taste so much better here. I guess it’s because we’re eating super fresh and locally grown. Do you find good tastes better when you’re on vacation? We’re off to sightsee around Marrakech now. Have a great day. Vegetarian Food; Tofugryta smaksatt med timjan i Karljohansvampsås serveras med pasta. Ersätt Karljohansvamp med champinjoner när Karljohansvampen är svår att få tag på. Recept tofugryta 350 g grovstrimlad tofu Sås (se recept nedan) 1 msk färsk timjan eller färskfryst salt och peppar Koka upp såsen. Tillsätt tofun och gör ett snabbt uppkok, smaksätt med salt och peppar. Blanda i timjan just innan servering. Recept Karljohansvampsås 3 dl finhackad Karljohansvamp 1 finhackad gul lök 100 g finhackad palsternacka 3 msk olivolja 1 msk vetemjöl ½ dl japansk soja 3 dl havregrädde salt och peppar Fräs svampen och palsternackan i olivolja och låt stå på värme. Fräs löken guldgul i olivolja och tillsätt mjölet, slå på havregrädde och soja. Blanda i svamp och palsternacka. Låt koka ca 5 minuter och tillsätt 3-4 cl söt sherry. Dinner for two took less than 45 min and the air fryer did all the work so I was able to get laundry done while I waited! Ich war wieder mal einhändig in der Küche unterwegs. Das Resultat seht ihr auf den Fotos. Das sind Gewürzpralinen und oh boy die schmecken noch besser wie die aussehen! Ich übertreibe nicht, ehrlisch😜Also ab in die Küche und macht euch sofort welche! Rezept 👇🏼 - Zutaten 1Tasse weiche Datteln 1/2Tasse feine Haferflocken 1/2Tasse Leinsamenmehl 1Tl Kokosöl 1Tl Carob o. Kakao Pulver(optional) 1/2Tl Ingwer gemahlen 1/2Tl Zimt Etwas Muskatnuss, gemahlen Etwas Meersalz Zartbitter Schokolade - Zubereitung Haferflocken im Mixer fein mahlen. Alle Zutaten in den Foodprocessor geben und auf Pulse drücken. Solange mixen bis ein klebriger Teig entsteht. Falls die Masse zu trocken ist, etwas Wasser hinzufügen und nochmal durchmixen. Anschließend den Teig in eine Form pressen, (ich habe eine Brownieform verwendet) und für 20min in Gefrierfach stellen. In der Zwischenzeit Schokolade (ich habe meine mit etwas Kokosöl gestreckt) im Wasserbad schmelzen lassen. Die Form rausnehmen und die Masse in kleine Rechtecke schneiden. Die #Pralinen mit der oberen Seite in die flüssige #Schokolade tunken und mit Leinsamenmehl & Kokosblütenzucker toppen. Enjoy!
