I was not going to comment on this online, because I have spent enough of time trying to have discussions with butthurt gymbros in real life ( shout out Miles, there actually has been a portrait of us two arguing drawn, ask to see it, it’s great ) However, I really hate the way people keep walking around saying how the documentary is biased and incorrect. There are things I can’t comment on, because I am not a doctor and I will be the first one to admit I don’t know enough. But I can cringe when people say all the studies are situational, while in the same breath saying how the documentary is funded by people who have financial gain interest in the documentary doing well and veganism spreading… while they completely omit, that for studies to be carried on properly and not be just ‘situational’ there needs to be someone willing to spend money on them and forgetting the fact that perhaps after everyone shaming them for wanting to spend money on a documentary they are not exactly rushing into funding studies that are 1000 more expensive. However, the one thing I can talk about is the egg and peanut butter sandwich situation. A lot of people ‘ who see all the amazing stuff plant based diet brings to out life, but.. ‘ came out of the woodworks with the comparison of one peanut butter sandwich being an equivalent of 3 boiled eggs not being the equivalent at all. So just to put you all in your own line again. #Hilobread - 8.1g of protein per slice, and 86 calories = 1 sandwich 16.2g protein, 172 calories + 1tbsp peanut butter 90 calories 4g protein. So all assembled 262 calories, 20g protein, less than 9g of fat. 3 boiled chicken periods 234 calories, 20g protein, 15g fat. Also CHICKEN PERIOD.

It’s heading towards winter now in the UK 🇬🇧 and unfortunately that means we are unable to get enough vitamin D from the sun ☀️. We need vitamin D to help the body absorb calcium and phosphate from our diet. These minerals are important for healthy bones, teeth and muscles. During the summer months it is pretty easy to get enough vitamin D from short periods in the sun with just our forearms or legs exposed, but from October to March in the UK unfortunately there is not enough UVB radiation coming from the sun for our skin to make vitamin D. A lack of vitamin D, known as vitamin D deficiency, can cause bones to become soft and weak, which can lead to bone deformities. In children, for example, a lack of vitamin D can lead to rickets. In adults, it can lead to osteomalacia, which causes bone pain and tenderness. The solution is to use a supplement during winter months. These can be picked up very cheaply. Look out for the new @vivolife D3 supplement launching very soon. If you live in an area that lacks sunlight 🌞 in the winter ❄️ months then I would definitely recommend adding this to your diet.

Online schools have trips too. Yesterday Chris learned a valuable lesson at the zoo while enjoying himself. At first he was scared, because he never seen animals in real life. So finally we went because it was a trip. But his very words were after I asked him did he have fun. “Yes, but all the animals are locked up.” I gave him a high five and said. “Exactly, that’s why we don’t come to the zoo.” It May be fun for us but not the animals. So that trip was worth it just because he understood why we are vegan and all. I share this moment with you guys because we are tying impact kids at our organization with our lesson plan. It’s all about choice, not force. Most people ate meat as a child because of their parents. But let a child learn and give him a choice and you’ll be surprise. Thanks for supporting especially to my new subscribers I see you. We are at just 227. But I know with our different approach on educating people we @peacelovevegan420 will grow and make a difference. So I’m grateful for all that are supporting us now. I’m really trying teach Tina that. But with the pregnancy and business being slow. She been kinda moody lately. Stuffed acorn squash - perfect for thanksgiving main dish! What you’ll need : Acorn squash Raisins or cranberry 1/2 cup Mushrooms 1 container chopped Quinoa blend Onion 1/2 Walnuts 1 cup chopped Olive oil Salt, pepper, garlic powder Sage I small bunch How to: 1. First I cut squash in half, drizzled with olive oils salt and pepper and baked on 350 for about 30-45 minutes until fork tender. Drain any excess juice that fills in the squash 2. While squash is baking prepare quinoa according to directions and set aside 3. Sautee onion and mushroom until golden brown and season with all seasonings including fresh chopped sage. 4. Combine mushroom and onion with quinoa, walnuts and raisins. season to taste if desired 5.
