반복하는 일에 빨리 싫증을 내는 나인데

8/27, #수련일기 오늘 만난 아쉬탕가 수련에서 얻은 것. 나는 아쉬탕가가 좋다. 반복하는 일에 빨리 싫증을 내는 나인데, 아쉬탕가요가를 하다보면 인내가 생기는 것 같아서. 같은 시퀀스에 안되는 아사나는 맨날 안되고, 되는 아사나는 지루하고. 아마 모양만 만들어내려해서겠지. 곡 쓸 때, 글 쓸 때 ‘생각’을 하는 것이 얼마나 중요한지 알면서 왜정작 몸과 마음을 쓸 땐 집중을 안하는건지. 하지만 매일 아주 조금씩이라도 움직이다 보니 같은 모양안에서도 다름이 느껴지고, 호흡의 집중에 따라서도 느끼는 바가 달라지니 참 좋다. 자누시르사아사나a 를 할 때. 뭔가 별로 늘 느낌이 없었다. 그냥 한쪽다리를 구부려 몸을 앞으로 숙이는 것. 그렇게 모양만 만들어왔던 것 같다. 햄스트링이 다른 곳 근육에 비해 많이 늘어나 있는 나로서는 전굴, 특히 한다리 전굴에선 더더욱 별로 얻어지는 변화를 느끼기 힘들었다. 펴진 다리가 반대다리 무릎과 90도가 되어야 한다는데, 몸을 정면으로 자꾸 틀어내려하니, 무릎이 계속 안쪽으로 들어왔다. 그런데 오늘, 무릎과 다리의 각도를 먼저 만들고 상체를 살짝 틀어보라는 선생님의 안내에 따랐더니 무릎의 각도가 변하지 않았다. 그리고 그 상태에서 전굴을 하게 되면 반대 측부의 근육이 함께 늘어나는 것이 느껴졌다. 눈으로 보기엔 작지만 내 몸에 들어오는 자극은 정말 컸다. ​ #우르드바다누라아사나 . 나는 윗등과 가슴의 경직도가 나의 후굴을 막는다고 믿어왔다. 뭐 영 틀린말은 아니다. 하지만 그 원인이 가동성에만 있다고 할 순 없다. 알고는 있었는데 어딜 고쳐(?)야 할지 사실 감을 잘 못잡았던 것 같다. 나는 오늘, 그 원인중에 하나를 찾았다. 둔부에 힘을 너무 과하게 주지 않는 것. 힘을 강하게 써서 만드는 동작은 부상을 일으키기 쉽다. 후굴은 부드러움과 강인함이 동시에 필요한 동작인데, 그간 나는 아치를 “만들어내기”위해 밀어내는 “힘”, 조이는 “힘” 을 너무 많이 써왔던 것 같다. 그래서 가슴이 하늘을 향하는 역자세는 늘 두려웠다. 오늘 처음으로 둔부에 힘을 풀고 골반을 들어올리고 가슴을 하늘로 향하게 하는데 집중을 해 봤다. 참. 부드럽고 시원하고 편안했다. ​ 안내자의 한마디가 얼마나 큰 변화를 가져다 주는지도 깨달은 하루. #아쉬탕가 #수련 #새벽 #요가 #요가강사 #빈야사 #ashtanga #janusirsasana #urdvadanurasana #yoga #pilates

"stha", que significa «estar de pie o firne> Desarrollar sthira, implica que el cuerpo pueda permanecer estable y muscularmente activo en una postura por un tiempo prolongado. Esta capacidad se desarrolla con la práctica sostenida, fortaleciendo los músculos para que puedan estar activos pero libres de tensión. Sthira remite a compromiso, resolución, responsabilidad, disciplina, atención, tono muscular. Sukha: «felicidad» o «comodidad». «buen (su) espacio (kha)» Desarrollar sukha, implica buscar la comodidad y la ausencia de obstáculos en cada postura. (uavidad, entrega, apertura, relajación, libertad, expansión, ligereza, disfrute, alegría.) El hecho de encontrar una postura cómoda y estable no es algo que suceda desde un principio, lo que nos obliga a ejercitar también la PACIENCIA. Para esto, es fundamental no sostener ninguna molestia o dolor, "acomodar lo que haya que acomodar, y correr o deshacerse de lo que estorba." Esto se aplica en principio a las posturas de yoga, pero puede ser tomado como una FILOSOFÍA DE VIDA.
