It used to be a huge struggle for me and is still no piece of cake but it does finally feel good (only when properly warmed up of course. Extensiones o backbends, por qué para mucha gente es tan difícil realizar asanas de extensión? Por supuesto, cuando todo cuerpo se siente rígido, hay algunos problemas con la columna se complica la práctica, pero hay algo más aparte del aspecto físico . Extensión es apertura, tanto en el nivel físico como emocional. Cuando estamos cerrados ante mundo, no confiamos, no queremos relacionarse con la gente, no queremos entregar el amor a los demás o a nosotros mismos, cuando nos ponemos en el lugar de víctima - trabajar extensiones se vuelve más complicado . Muchos inconscientemente evitan, por ejemplo, urdhva dhanurasana (arco o puente), encuentran las razones para no hacerla: mis brazos son débiles, tengo dolores en lumbar, me da vértigo etc etc. Pero si mirar más profundo, a menudo todo eso es el resultado de los bloques en los chakras y principalmente en anahata, chakra del corazón . Hacer urdhva dhanurasana es como abrirse al mundo en su totalidad, confiar, ya que todos los chakras están expuestas, por lo mismo esa asana tiene otro nombre que es chakrasana. Y si estás cerrado emocionalmente, estarás cerrado físicamente tb . Но, к сожалению, откат в силовых стойках😤 Совмещать #гибкость и силу пока плохо получается😏 Решила, пока идут #прогибы, буду ими заниматься, потом к стойкам вернусь с новыми гибкостными навыками💪🏼 Заодно понаблюдаю, что получится- самой интересно😉 .
