#vrschikasana 朋友說最近工作很忙 就想到之前對前男友態度很差或是跟曖昧對象結束 也多少跟我有陣子很忙有關 今天看《厄夜追緝令》我一直想到「調度」這件事 因為迫於調度常常會沒有足夠的餘裕圓潤 無論是對自己或是自己真正看重的人事物 事後才後悔 正在調度的東西 並不值得自己付出這些成本 . 我跟朋友說 剛開始工作根本不需要太拚 不需要試圖殺出血路 或是證明自己 未來至少還要工作四十年 又不急於這一兩年 不要令自己耗損 真正重要的始終是自己本身;喜歡什麼、在意什麼、 . 我幾乎是一開始遇到自己不滿意的條件就會拒絕 或是看見不喜歡的就會閃離了 「工作」對大多人就是你不做別人也會取代你做的東西 如果塞太滿就會跟自己或家人朋友漸行漸遠 這樣就不是一個健康的雙向關係 應該要有十足把握 今天就算不做這些 人生仍有其他有意義的事 . 於是我列出些事 是假使無論如何成功或有錢都想繼續做的 更加篤定───我現在就要做 . 反之不在這個條件下的(工作) 便可視作浮雲 #adhomukhavrksasana #preperation #armbalance #handstand #scorpion #dropback #urdhvadhanurasana #stadium #behindthescenes #outtake #backbend #canon #asics #trackandfield #sportsday #athlete #rainbow #🌈 #🤸🏻‍♂️ #🎽 #🦂 #yoga #practice

No words can describe how grateful I am to not only share the practice of Yoga in group classes but also share the practice with dedicated students through private classes. . When I return from teaching a backbending workshop at @pureyogaofficial Shanghai in April I will be teaching small group private classes focusing on backbending. I keep these private classes small to ensure everyone has the most opportunity to transform their practice. The first group is full and the second group has 2 available spots. It’s been way too long since I’ve done anything let alone yoga. I’ve been out of the hospital for a week, but barely able to move around my house because I’m so weak, tired and sick. I’m hoping I’m at the end of trying to heal - but now my lymph nodes in my neck are swollen and my throat is red and sore 🤷🏼‍♀️ will it ever end?? #wheelpose on fingertips for #legsformiles with @cyogalife - - I practiced my #ashtanga #intermediateseries today in a cabana near the pool at our resort. The front of it was open and there was a lady, probability in her 60’s who just kept staring at me. I’m not sure if she thought I was crazy, or if she was just interested, or if she just didn’t understand why I would do such a thing in such a place. But I realized that it didn’t matter. This was #mypractice and nothing she thought changed any part of it unless I let it. So I took a deep breath and just focused on practicing like I always do. Later I realized how much easier it is for me to let go of expectations of others since I started practicing, both on and off the mat. - - I’ve actually never tried #urdhvadhanurasana on #fingertips before but I seriously loved this! It really helped me push strongly into my legs which made me feel so much more lifted in my hips. I need to do this #backbend more often. - - #yogabend #flexibility #dailypractice #yogalove #yogainspiration #yogastrong #yogastrength

En Chakrasana los músculos de las piernas, caderas, hombros, brazos y columna vertebral y sus ligamentos se estiran muchísimo. Se estira por completo los músculos abdominales. Realinea nuestras vértebras, además es una asana invertida y de esta manera recibimos mayor cantidad de sangre a nuestro cerebro. Nos permite abrir nuestro corazón, nos abrimos a recibir y sentir, activamos nuestro Chakra del corazón (Anahata). Today’s practice felt really good in my body. I could immediately feel a change in my mood and more energy. I decided to share this with you as I want to ask you what helps you with Urdhva Dhanurasana. It’s not an easy asana for me because of my lumbar spine, but it got so much better since I have been doing lots of shoulder, chest and hip opening and strengthening. I also notice i have tight shoulders -I can’t extend my elbows so I put too much weight on the wrists. It’s a great pose that has many benefits, but how to practice it safely??
