⭕️Tricep Dips ⭕️⁣ ⁣ As always thanks to @champagnepapi for helping us learn exercises through memes! ⁣ ⁣ Anyway, probably one of, if not THE best exercises to specifically target the triceps & overall upper body strength: the Tricep Dips. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ When it comes to performing the exercise, the most common errors have to do with excessive ROM (Range of Motion) & improper grip. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ While it's important to note that going below parallel is acceptable and doesn't necessarily cause issues, most people will be better off staying at parallel/elbow height when dipping into the eccentric to avoid potential injuries (which are very common).⁣ ⁣ Keeping the "elbows closed" & tucked in to the sides is also important in order to allow your shoulders to stay in a more advantageous position throughout the exercise.⁣ ⁣ Gripping the dips "the right way" allows for greater force transfer - as we've seen in the bench press: ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ The Dip grip can be seen as a bull god grip, like you would use in a Bench press or Overhead Press, (except from the top of the bar) in which your hands internally rotate in order to accomodate the bar on the base of the palm/wrist joint, allowing great force transfer from the wrist joint up.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Do not place the weight up in your hand/fingers since the excessive wrist extension under load, over time could be a cause of elbow/wrist pain commonly seen in this exercise. ⁣⁣ By @pheasyque ⁣ What exercise would you like to see meme'd next ?⁣ . ✅ Follow @yadavrahul14 ✅ Follow @yadavrahul14 ✅ Follow @yadavrahul14 ______________________ #maxmuscle #armworkout #onlinecoach #fitnessfuel #fitnesspro #corework #onlinecoaching #trainingsession #tricepsworkout #upperbodyworkout #chestworkout #onlinetrainer #armsworkout #musclescience #trainingset #weightlosschallenge #shoulderworkout #fitnessguru #workoutdaily #strengthtraining #prilaga #trainings #muscleandfitness #weightlifting #exercisemotivation #eatbiggetbig #fitnessaddicted #bulkseason #workoutdone #personaltrainer

Well, here’s an interesting chest exercise variation. I’m laying on the floor on a pad under a Smith machine. (Yes, that’s not a bench, just a back pad.) Slowly lower the weight until your triceps touch the floor, then power up and squeeze each rep. It’s a good variation to switch things up! 💪
