Utthita Trikonasana.. this variation is especially juicy for the abdomen strength💪🏽 🌸Let me share with you the reason why I haven’t posted anything yesterday. I woke up with the decision to give myself a break from food. Maybe you know that feeling when you just want to clean yourself totally. I have done fasting before so I know its important to be in the right state of mind. I haven’t been prepared for few days fasting but few hours seemed a good idea. I felt great in the morning, afternoon helped with some painting on the house and started to feel a little headache which I know well from before. So I better came home and had some food, mostly salad. Felt asleep and when I woke up, the headache boosted into huge migraine🤕. Attacked my whole body and digestive system. I fell into horrible experience trying to subside the pain. I finally fell asleep at 7 pm and woke up at 8 am today. Slept 13 hours continuously😴. Someone would say how crazy I am by putting myself into this kind of a danger and it definitely has some part of the truth... 🌥On the other hand, today I woke up feeling fresh, full of energy as if I was for a week in some kind of deep sleep transition. I feel nourished with a lot of new ideas and motivation. ❗️After that kind of experience I definitely don’t advise to try what I did. My point is somewhere else. 🌊On Sunday I posted about learning how to surf on the waves of life and this is it. Sometimes body really needs to rest and things like this are only the triggers. When our mind is constantly in the need of wanting more and being active to reach something, the body just take over the situation.
