*Every day we have the change to try again and start all over.* 80%van mijn dag bestaat nog steeds uit rusten, liggen, slapen. #hersenschudding Toch probeer ik elke dag opnieuw prikkels toe te voegen en kleine stapjes te maken. Sinds 7 dagen lukt kleine stukjes buiten fietsen weer. Hoera! En af en toe duik ik het park/bos in om daarna weer op de bank te ploffen. Elke dag een nieuwe dag om dingen te proberen, te vallen, te falen, fouten te mogen maken. Maar ook elke dag de kans om nieuwe dingen te ontdekken en weer op te mogen staan. #plukdedag #elkedageennnieuwekans #levehetleven

Consistency is key to maintaining all systems, physical, mental, emotional, spiritual. Whether you are a runner, weight lifter or yogi keep up your daily effort. I let my practice fall to the side with mono and health issues along with choosing to overload myself with too mucho work. I see it has been my choice, a wrong one, but no more excuses, back to a daily practice. Not sure my body can take the heat still but at least I will maintain my home practice 😊 Can’t wait to share my pictures from my actual camera from my solo camping adventure. Say no to plastic bags at your supermarket, use reusable tote bags or of natural material. 3. Avoid one use plastic things, such as utensils, plates, bags...etc 4. Use paper and recycle 5. If you must, reuse old plastic bags you have, for shopping, packing products, like our mothers used to do. 6. Educate people around you how dangerous plastic is. 7.
