Got some slight cupping action goin and the marks stayed for a month lmao. Cupping is supposed to help with blood flow and release tightness so I tried it out where part of my injury/dysfunction is. I think my favorite thing about working out is that you can always get better⚡️ there’s always a higher goal you can set to achieve. This mindset of always achieving more in the gym applies to all other aspects of life too🙌🏽. If your goal is to get a 90% on a test because that is “reasonable”, make that goal to get a 100%. Even I f you fall short at 95%, you’re still above that initial goal of 90%. Same thing with applying for internships. If you send in 10 applications because that seems like “enough” and you get rejected by all 10, up your efforts 💯. Apply to 50 or 100 internships and maybe one will end up a winner. Apply more effort and a bigger mindset and you’ll accomplish a lot more, mark my words👀🚀. - #abs #aesthetics #malemodel #fitness #bodybuilding

#SQUATS - WEEK 1✅ - Kicking off the volume phase of prep with low bar squats and front squats followed by a full BB style leg session! As I said previously I don’t have a priority between strength or size, I’m pursuing both equally using @australianstrengthcoach strength plan combined with my @team_powerbuilding training split! - Low Bar Squats - 5 Sets 190KG x 8! It was very comfortable, easing my way back into the heavy stuff. The plan is to drop a rep each week and increase the load by 12.5kg... - Front Squats - 3 Sets of 110KG x 5! I started off using 135KG, not realising how taxing the low bar squats would be. Now reprogrammed the plan is to increase this lift by 10kg each week sticking with the same number of reps... - Every single workout I do for this prep will be posted in the @team_powerbuilding private group. So I was going to post this a while ago but I didn’t like how the end product came out so I decided to delete all of it and start at new edit. I’m pretty proud of this one considering this is the first edit I’ve done completely by myself... The camera being stationary the whole time (camera being my iPhone)... and knowing that I could’ve posted something I thought was Garbo but instead made it decent. Today’s post commences an examination of the upper Cervical Spine and its articulations with the Skull. 👀 The First Cervical Vertebra is the Atlas, the Second Cervical Vertebra is the Axis. These two Vertebrae are specially adapted to allow movement of the Head. 👀 Flexion and extension of the head takes place at the Atlanto-Occipital Joints.
