Buenos días! 😃 Por fin llegó el viernes así que hoy os comparto mi pequeña receta de brownie crujiente 😍y es que es la bomba👌🏻. Lo podéis hacer en un molde o como yo con dos aros de pastelería 😉. . 👩‍🍳RECETA: 🔅70 gramos de harina de avena. 🔅70 gramos de almendra molida. 🔅30 gramos de chips de chocolate 85%. 🔅1 huevo. 🔅2 cucharadas de compota de manzana. . Mezcla todos los ingredientes y reserva un poco de chips de chocolate. Vierte la mezcla en los dos aros ( o moldes). Añade el chocolate reservado por encima. Hornea a 180 grados de 12 a 15 minutos. .
