Die letzte Woche war ziemlich erfolgreich: 2x Läufe, 1x schwimmen und 1x 50 Minuten intensives Training. Davon habe ich tatsächlich etwas Muskelkater, deshalb muss ich etwas die Beine nach vorne schmeißen.🙃

Тяжело в большом городе оградить себя от стрессов, но хотя бы не идти на него осознанно (не люблю клубы, тусовки, вечеринки, концерты- теперь ясно почему), хотя для кого-то это наоборот единственный источник расслабления..🙄 Есть такие😉⬇️👌⤵️?

Fall seven times, stand up eight. . . . . This past couple weeks have been really tough all around making this past Sunday run one of the most mentally and physically challenging for me. I twisted my ankle twice within mile three and then at mile five making it hard to keep running in the snow and slippery trails with pain that didn’t go away until hours later. I’ve never felt so mentally defeated and unhappy with myself after running because I dint make it to the end of trail. But as I replay the run in my head I understand how much I needed that, I needed to be alone, I needed to fail and let out some of the stress of life and this was the perfect way for me to do it. Yes, I will fall many times, but I will always get up and I will get stronger every time. . #❤️
