Q: “Do you track macros? Is there a way to stick to a diet by eating intuitively without tracking?” A: I don’t track macros. I eat intuitively, generally eat whatever I want, and don’t restrict anything except for foods that really make me uncomfortable (I know what makes me bloat and I know what makes my digestion really bad so I try to avoid or consume less). The reason why I’m able to maintain my physique is because I try to keep a good balance of all the meals I eat out with more wholesome foods when I do cook (I love cooking and I genuinely love cleaner foods like chicken and broccoli). I eat dessert every day but that doesn’t mean I’m eating donuts all day long. And I always put 100 in the gym day in and day out. - The hardest part about intuitive eating is being honest with yourself. Try to get in tune with your body and understand when your body is full vs hungry. There’s nothing wrong with eating only 2 meals a day if you really aren’t hungry, and there’s nothing wrong with eating 4 meals if you really are hungry (ex: I’m a lot hungrier on heavy training days). Drink enough water so your brain doesn’t mistake dehydration with hunger. Eat the cookie if you want but don’t eat the whole got dam container. The ONE BIG THING that changed my life was realizing that I can always eat everything whenever and there’s no rush to eat everything “today”. The restaurant will always be there and the ice cream shop will always be there. You don’t need to overeat in one sitting/day because you will always have the chance to eat whatever it is you’re craving the next day, week, or month. Eat in moderation but also incorporate a good mix of wholesome, nutritious foods, and remember that the most important thing is to feed your body to feel good. You sure as hell won’t feel good if you’re eating 100% processed foods all the time and you sure as hell will hate life if you eat 100% unseasoned, clean foods all the time. I’m not exactly proud of this picture but I’m working on making it better for myself. This year hasn’t been the best because I had to deal with something that unfortunately made me extremely depressed. I relied on food and alcohol to make myself feel better and it shows. I share my story with people I trust and I’m not comfortable sharing it on a public platform..yet. Thicker than a snickers! 😂 Instead of being a snack, I ate the damn snacks😂 Joking helps and by no means is it a way to pity form others because I’m not about that life. This is the highest weight been since giving life to Odin and I’m not okay with it but I’m learning to love the process and not rely on the scale for victories with getting back in shape. Ultimately, I just want to feel comfortable in my skin again. That’s the main goal. The only goal. I may not be summer ready by society standards but I live in paradise. Literally. And I refuse to keep myself locked inside because I’m not happy with the way I look. I want to enjoy what this island has to offer...so to the lady at target who eyeballed me with a disgusted looked because I was wearing these shorts and I have cellulite...fuck you. ———————2️⃣7️⃣.DEŇ—————— Ahojte, dnes tu máme tréning na ruky a celú vrchnú časť tela, ktorú si precvičíme nasledovnými cvikmi: 1️⃣kliky s predpažením 2️⃣zaťahovanie lopatiek v ľahu na bruchu 3️⃣bočný medveď 4️⃣klik plank klik 5️⃣tricepsové zadné kliky ⚠️Každý cvik cvičíme 4️⃣0️⃣ sekúnd s 2️⃣0️⃣ sekundovou prestávkou medzi cvikmi. Po každom kole si dáme 9️⃣0️⃣ sekúnd pauzu a ideme na ďalšie kolo. ———————————————————————— Celkovo si odcvičíte 5️⃣ kôl.
