Physique update ⭐️ Just over a month in and really starting to see shape changes. I train 4 x times a week weights (2 x lower & 2 x upper) and try my hardest to get in min 3 hours cardio in at some point from circuits, running (which I hate) HIIT or just a long walk. My weeks are always so busy juggling work and general life so it’s been difficult squeezing everything in including food prep but that has become slightly easier now my calories have come down. I was on 1500 training days and 1300 rest days but 1500 although not a big number was hard to hit with the macros, so now I’m 1200 week days and 1500 weekends when I have more time to prep my food. My weight hasn’t changed too much but my body fat has decreased. This type of training and diet is new to me so I’m learning a lot along the way which will be amazing for me to be able to pass on to all my clients. I haven’t touched a drop of alcohol since October 5th, my sleep has improved in such a big way close to nearly 7hrs every night which is amazing for me being that I would usually get 5hrs on a good night so I’ve been feeling so good! Se me perguntarem como é meu treino de membros superiores, eu digo: igual ao dos homens, muita carga e exercícios pesados, treino em média de 3 vezes por semana os mmss: costas/ombro - biceps/tríceps - peito/ombro. Treinar os membros superiores como um todo faz parte de um treinamento eficaz e é muito importante para o fortalecimento articular e tônus muscular. De nada adianta pernas grossas e definidas, se você não tiver membros superiores fortes. Ter musculatura forte independe de ser “musculosa”, significa ser fortalecida e definida. Quanto maior for a simetria do corpo, mais bonita será a estética da mulher. New client with medial knee pain, points to a spot slightly above his knee on the inside of this thigh. It was the distal portion of the adductor magnus. Now, why is it so tight? NKT testing showed that both its adductor and hip extensor functions were involved in dysfunctional relationships. First, the "4th" hamstring was overworking for an under active gluteus max. Secondly, the adductor portion was overworking for an under active TFL. Released the add mag, then activated the glutes and TFL. Knee pain almost gone.
