When I was a little girl I could make splits in every moment of my day without warming up... those times are gone 😁 I lost completely my splits for many years and with dedication and persistence I’m coming back to them 💪🏻💖💁🏻‍♀️. I loveeee stretching after a workout. Ever since I started gymnastics (>15 years ago), it has been incorporated in my work out. Tanti sottovalutano l'importanza di questa parte dell' allenamento, invece è fondamentale per mantenere l'elasticità muscolare, specie d'inverno, quando tutti tendiamo ad essere più rigidi. Io sono sincera, anch'io non sono sempre stata disciplinata, e ne ho pagate le conseguenze, forse qualche contrattura la potevo evitare😜 Lo so, lo, è noioso, sembra una perdita di tempo, fa freddo, finito di correre no si vede l'ora di buttarsi sotto la doccia calda, ma dopo la fatica, i nostri muscoli hanno diritto a questa "coccola". Uno dei miei buoni propositi 2019 è stato essere più regolare con lo stretching, per il momento ci sto rius cendo, e tu? 😁

How tight are your chest muscles?😨 If you sit at a desk all day in a crunched over position or if that’s your normal posture, you might have some pretty tight chest muscles and hip flexors (front of hips)! This first video shows a great stretch for your chest that might reveal how tight you really are - the goal is to press your back flat and touch your elbows to the wall. The second video is an all around great stretch that should be performed everyday👌🏼 Envision extending your spine by looking up (inhale) and then bending over slowly to touch your toes (exhale). Honestly feels great and can help calm a busy mind 😅 Thought I’d post this one on a Saturday so even if you’re resting you might get some blood moving and feel good 😊 happy long weekend!
