Some highlights from my workout on Thanksgiving Day. For my shoulders I mainly do 2 exercises for all 3 areas of my shoulder (front, side and back of shoulder) call them anterior, lateral and posterior if you like. Then a finisher for a total of 7 exercises to complete my shoulder workout. Each being 3 sets of 10-12 . Ever since getting back from Philly, I've been getting sick over & over again. (Btw -- Sam Darnold of the #Jets who missed over 3 weeks due to mono/throat...I feel u man. Not fun). . . . I've noticed since getting back the more I push myself w/ heavier weights & lack of sleep...the sicker I get. Not weight training is not an option, but intensity reduction is. . . . Yeah it sucks, but can't complain. Past few weeks I've reduced load & trimmed down my work-hours while focusing on more sleep, less training volume, less stress. We always tell clients to manage stress & work hours better...
