The Natural Sundried Process Natural process, dry process, unwashed, or natural sundried all refer to the same method of processing that usually involves drying coffee cherries either patios or raised beds in the sun. To prevent the cherries from spoiling, they are raked and turned throughout the day and then covered at night or during rain storms. This process, which can take 3-6 weeks normally, is the more-traditional method of processing coffee. This process of drying the cherries out in the sun originated in places without reliable access to water and usually works best in areas with low humidity and infrequent rain — such as parts of Ethiopia and Yemen — although we do have some farmers using the natural process in other places. After the cherries have been dried to the optimum level, they are sent to mills to separate the seeds from the rest of the dried fruit, otherwise known as being “hulled.” Because the seeds of natural sundried processed coffee are encased in the cherry for longer, the resulting flavors from this process are generally more fruity and fuller-bodied. The natural sugars in and around the seed are infused into it during this process and result in a higher sugar content than washed coffees.

Last day of training tomorrow and then a week off - I use to dread holidays and I would also push myself to the absolute limits before hand to try and get into a shape I was happy with (but was never happy). A bit more closer grip feet up work up to 4 plates. Currently have a bit of a pec niggle and the closer grip is allowing me to get some pressing in without it feeling like my pec is about to tear any minute. . It's always annoying when you get a niggle but dwelling on it or letting it upset you doesn't get you anywhere. Look for the upside...in this case I get a chance to strengthen a weaker position which is never a bad thing. . If the niggle/injury is more severe then put more focus onto what you can do. For instance if you can't do any pressing or heavy push type work then focus more on bringing up your squat or deadlift etc. It can sometimes even work out as a blessing in disguise....

External rotation with elevation of the shoulder joint is important for daily tasks such as reaching the back of your head or reaching your seat belt.⁠⠀ ⁠⠀ 👉 Grab a theraband or a dowel and see if you can bring it from in front of you, up and over your head then back behind you as shown in the video. Remember to keep your elbows straight! The closer your hands are, the more mobility you have.⁠⠀ ⁠⠀ 💪 Swipe through to see another move for shoulder strength and stability. Use this move in your next shoulder or upper body day at the gym to get your rotator cuff fired up for improved stability while you use your posterior deltoid to pull your arms out. This can be used as a good warm up for improved shoulder external rotator engagement that will help you throughout your work out. I like to use barefoot stuff once in a while to challenge the ankle without over loading it. I did not come up with these and I cannot remember who I stole them from! These really challenge your ability to keep your foot rooted. Moving the weight around manipulates your center of mass and makes things more difficult. Changes in knee and hip position will direct your efforts from the knee/hips to ankle or foot.
