Overcoming your environment. It’s tough. Europe, just as America has been the past three years, is exposing their dark side. Eastern European nations are chanting monkey noises at “black” players, Korean players are often racially abused across Europe. Some people say “it seems like racism is in white, dominated countries.” After speaking with so many people, I believe it’s deep-rooted. Trans-generational. The first colonists (genocidal maniacs) we’re from the Netherlands, Italy, England, France, Spain....and in these nations (aside from America which is on a monster scale), racial abuse is quite common. What I learned in school: “Christopher Columbus founded America.” Reality: “Christopher lead a genocide against the Native American Indians, killing tens of millions (maybe even hundreds). Nonetheless, if we just some all of this up. It’s all part of the circle of concern, right? We have no control over any of this, so the more we focus on overcoming racism, religionism, fanaticism, etc....the more resistance we get. That’s The Law of Cause and Effect. So overcoming your environment, as Dr. joe Dispenza has said, is just that. If you put all racists in a cannon and shoot them up to the Moon (*sound of the cannon*), then what? No more pointing fingers, blaming and being a victim. It’s you and your thoughts. Thailand has been tough. Thai women are extremely racist towards “black people,” but I’m not “black,” I’m brown. We have to ask ourselves deeper questions, “this human being is interesting. Why are they looking at me like that? What happened during their childhood?” Then comes the compassion and empathy for the individual. See the world through their lens and you’ll see a monolithic perception of the world where segregation leaves people ignorant. Control your environment by establishing self-control, and never take it personal. PR 🔥 So i finally did it. I finally hit 115 lbs . Its not pretty and its not alot , but for me this is a huge deal since always hit a mental block at this weight. Anytime i touched 115 i'd fail. The strength is there , i just get nervous and shut down. The vid on the right is me hitting 110 lbs easily last week, and it moved the same today. So i knew there was no reason i couldn't hit 115. I’m so PUMPED to get to 20K so here's some content. . Looking to increase the size and definition of your biceps? . Try 4x12 of each exercise (SWIPE) on 1:00 rest— . 1. Alternating Dumbbell Curls . 2. EZ Bar Curl . 3. Concentration Curl . 4. Alternating Hammer Curl . All of these exercise serve to work the short and long heads of the biceps, giving you that nice peak you want💪💪 . Get after it! On a different note, guys, I need some advice. . I’m honestly not sure whether to continue my cut anymore. I do want to compete as a physique athlete in the future, but what I’m learning currently is that my muscle mass foundation just isn’t where it needs to be to do that yet. . I’m not doing a show right now or anything, so I feel like the best use of my training may be to transition into a longer lean bulk phase where I continue to eat healthy but gain one pound per week where I increase my strength and muscle mass. After that, I’ll cut down to a show-quality physique that’s ideally 175-180 lbs. . My original plan was to continue my cut for two more weeks down to 165 (I’m 168 right now) but I’m a little hesitant about that for a couple reasons. . 1. I don’t care about this THAT much, but 165 is extremely light for a 6’2” athlete. . 2. My compound exercises are about the same strength if not better than the beginning of my cut, however I’m noticing I’m losing a little strength on some of my isolation exercises. . 3. I really feel like certain parts of my body need to improve in size and strength (e.g. my calves and quads), and improving size/strength while cutting is pretty much impossible. . 4. I have a noticeable 8-pack of abs and veins throughout my body. I mean look at the cover pic here, you can see veins throughout my delt and arm 😂. I feel like I can improve way more in my aesthetics by adding muscle mass than shredding more. . I may not be 5% bodyfat, but realistically I’m probably 8%. My goal is aesthetics, but I truly think I could keep my shreds throughout the majority (of a slow, lean bulk and there’s no need to be 5% BF if I’m not doing a show. Even if I lose some of my shreds, it’s just part of the process and I’ll cut it down again. Any thoughts?

We see you. We see you doing your best. We see effort and commitment, and we admire that. We see you working hard and we respect that. Regardless of what that "hard" looks like: Walking in the gym for the first time. Doing your first push up. Having the guts to ask someone for help. Holding a plank for 30s. Rehabbing an injury. Hitting a Deadlift PR. Being able to Squat pain free. Showing up for the third time this week. Just getting through your warm up. Working with a trainer and investing in yourself. Missing yesterday's workout and showing up today. Results come and go, but what matters more is the person you are becoming. We care about that person. That person has every right to show up and work hard. Training is about what matters to you. It's about what you get from the process of showing up. So keep showing up. Because this is a space where we care about who you are, what you are working on and where you want to go. Hard is hard. Challenge is individual. We are all equal under the iron. 405 for a single!!!!!!! Na I’m just playing, just 315 for a few singles. It’s a good idea to record your compound lifts from time to time to keep your form in check. A few things I noticed with myself were: 1. Depth. I honesty probably get to low during my squats. If you get to low, odds are you’re going to round your lower back. 2. I wasn’t sitting back on my heels enough. If you look at the bar path, it slowly starts to creep forward as I’m coming down which is due to either my chest coming down (tight hip flexors possibly) or like I stated above, my weight creeping forward onto the balls of my feet. Several more months of progression/consistency, I’ll be back to 405 for a single 🤸🏽‍♀️. @anytime_fitness_katy_fwy
