mit der Masse kommt so langsam auch die Kraft zurück 😛💪 als ich heute auf der Waage stand und sie mir 89 Kilo angezeigt hat, das konnte ich kaum glauben 😂 habe in meinem Leben noch nie so viel gewogen 👌 jetzt wird die 90 erstmal angestrebt und dann mal schauen ob ich versuche noch höher zu kommen oder ob ich wieder anfange zu definieren. Über 90 Kilo wäre für mich ein ganz neues Körpergefühl. Esta afirmación es demasiado simplista y realmente el fin de la fruta post entreno o durante una actividad física no se realiza con el fin de obtener energía perdida, si no por las sales minerales que se pierden durante el ejercicio. Si lo que buscamos es una recuperación rápida de energía, una de las peores opciones de carbohidratos son las frutas. Por que?! Pues la explicación está en la digestión de los hidratos de carbono en nuestro organismo, y en que la fructosa tarda mucho más en ser usada como fuente de energía, esta tiene que llegar al hígado para que este órgano la convierta en glucosa.
