ÉVOLUTION Il y en a qui ne verront pas une grande différence entre ces deux photos mais moi je la vois ( les mesures aussi le prouvent ) J’évolue doucement à mon rythme mais j’évolue et c’est ça le plus important. Pour toutes les filles qui désespèrent d’avoir un jour des fesses bombées avec une cellulite atténuée soyez patiente ... je n’ai jamais eu de fesses ( le cul plat vous connaissez ? Bah ç’était mon cas) Tout arrive avec une bonne alimentation et des exercices avec du poids ( il faut vraiment pas hésiter à mettre du poids pour que le muscle gonfle ) il s’agit du plus gros muscle donc le plus long à muscler.... rigueur et patiente sont les maîtres mots 💪🏻😊 On continue on ne relâche pas ses efforts on lâche rien on défonce tout 😜👊🏻👌🏻 . ❤️✨Most of us don’t like to talk about our physical flaws and imperfections and I’m no exception.....but on a rainy day like today I’ve had the opportunity to sit and ponder about where I was before I started my training program and I’ve decided to open up about a particular imperfection in hopes of motivating at least one of you to take action. It was only last year that I had spine surgery on my neck. For many years and without knowing, I was wasting away my muscles on the left side of my body. As a result, my shoulders were unbalanced and I was slumping to the left. You can see a picture if you swipe left. Fast forward just 5 months into my weight training program with Xavier @urfitwellnesscenter and Heather @heatherbennetttraining and I feel like a different person. My shoulders are back in balance! All the hard work has already paid off. Or Rather Why DON’T you do it? >> You know you should exercise << >> You know you should eat a healthy balanced diet << You know all the health benefits (physical and mental) And yet Despite this You still don’t exercise And you can’t stay away from the biscuit tin Why? Give up? Then I’ll tell you There are 2 main reasons. Poor mental health Poor time management Let me explain… Here goes… So Poor mental health What do I mean? Well There’s stress, anxiety, and depression Which affects a huge amount of people Many of whom don’t even realise it (or don’t want to admit it) Then… You’ve got all the negative thoughts and emotions….. Overwhelm Frustration Boredom Fear Dissatisfied Regret I could go on But I’ll leave it there for now You get the idea Anyhow... So… Modern life is hard Many people are... Stressed Anxious Depressed Bored Frustrated Overwhelmed Whatever So This has 2 big effects. It drains your energy You seek comfort in food/drink So For example You get in from work You’ve had a sh*t day You’re in a bad place mentally You’re full of negative thoughts and emotions And the last thing you want to do is get changed and go exercise You just cannot muster the energy to do it All you want to do is collapse on the sofa Stick the telly on And order a takeaway Because all these negative thoughts, feelings and emotions have drained your energy Then… As if that wasn’t bad enough You’re desperate to change your ‘state’ Your ‘physiological state’ (the way you’re feeling) So What do you do? You have your takeaway Then some ice cream Then a glass of wine Just to give you a temporary high Just to change your ‘state’ And… Whilst all this is going on You’re not sleeping properly either Which drains your energy even more Does this ring a bell? Does it resonate? Now listen It’s not all doom and gloom It can be fixed And I’m going to teach you how to do it Why?
