To byla formička 🙊 já osobně byla s touhle postavou mega spokojená, takže se těším na Nový rok 2019, protože mám jasně stanovený cíle a nemůžu se dočkat až zas budu zkoušet mojí pevnou vůli 💪🏽 . [SWIPE▶️▶️▶️] [EDIT: This is a throwback- I am tan from the sun- no products were used 😬(also I’m Lebanese so that helps) 😜It is winter now and am a nice shade of yellow 😂 ] In Minnesota we joke that it’s like we’re all just a little sick, the entire winter long 😂 [Its funny, but it’s not 😂] I could tell my body was asking for a rest day today, so I did as I was told 😜 Anywho, I know it’s Monday but this is a #THROWBACK to probably my most favorite full body workout (and to that summer tan 😭😂), I go back to this one a lot to measure my own strength in combination with endurance. Many of my clients will recognize this full body workout because I make almost everyone go through it in one way or another. I would call this my “go-to”- It is composed of basic movements but hits every strength in major muscle group and integrates cardio within your lifts- here’s how it goes: • • START WITH 1 MILE JOG THEN... This is performed in one giant set- as the reps of each movement go down, the weight you use goes up, or the assistance you use for pull-ups goes down. Round 1. 20 Reps Round 2. 15 Reps Round 3. 10 Reps Round 4. 5 Reps In between each round I add a .25 mile jog/sprint ORDER OF EXERCISES: 1️⃣Barbell Squats 2️⃣Pull Ups (can be assisted or broken up however needed) 3️⃣Deadlifts 4️⃣Box Hops 5️⃣Hanging Leg Raises 6️⃣Push ups (can be on knees) 7️⃣.25 MILE SPRINT •

Build Your Legs by @trainwithcarsen _ The legs are often not a major priority in a lot of bros training programs. If anything, there is usually just a measly leg day thrown in that consists of squats and a few leg machines. The legs should not be neglected❗️The lower body is comprised of several large muscle groups and therefore need to be trained more than just once a week. You don’t don’t dedicate just a single day to your upper body. So why lower body? _ Start to train your legs 2-4 times a week. One day should be a quad dominant focus, while the other should be a hip dominant (hamstrings,glutes) focus. This will allow you to maximally train your full lower body during the week. _ Above I’ve listed some fundamental leg exercises for both the quad and the hamstrings. It’s important to understand the different when programming your lower body training. The quad functions in knee extension - when you straighten your knee. The hamstrings function in knee flexion - when you bend your knee. _ BOTTOM LINE💢- start to train your legs more frequently, dedicating one day to quads, and one day to hips. A big upper body does not look good with a tiny lower body. Lower body workout, max effort day. Performed paused squats, went beltless up to 495 lbs. then ended with 545 lbs. for 2 reps, I wanted 3 reps but got a little off balance on the second rep so stopped there.
