Hit this single an hour before slicing into my hand like it’s the thing to do... lmao leave it to me 🙃 can’t do anything involving gripping from stitches, so basically all I have are leg machines for the next 4-6 weeks. How do you fix something your bad at? Do something you are even worse at 🤣. Using SSB tempo pin squats to address some weaknesses. I’m using tempo reinforce positioning, and to work to on “pulling” myself into the hole. I set the pins at my sticking point to build strength in that region, but more so to focus on not shoot my hips out of the hole. Last Monday deadlifts, OhPress and weighted ChinUps. Getting more comfortable with the hook grip (NOT🤢) LOL 4x5 325lbs,385lbs,405lbs and here 435lbs. Yeah let me head riae too high on this set😠😠😠. 2nd vid OhPress 3x10 95lbs,155lbs & shown 135lbs. No shoulder pain, but its still pretty weak. One month until first @usstrengthlifting competition that OhPress instead of bench press. Hopefully I can be healthy enough to at least get 205lbs, but that may be way too ambitious. 3rd vid is weighted ChinUps 3x3 45lbs,55lbs and here 65lbs. 04/22 - Back from two weeks of conventions, pretty much impossible to workout but I did get this awesome shirt, berserk, so in these next 4 weeks hope to move up my lifts. I was still tired from trip but wanted to continue where left off so volume, 25 rep warm up sets of 5 to 135, than 140-180 in steps of 5, 4/4/4, it was killer!! That was 100 and something reps total!
