No es difícil, simplemente se entra en #sidecrow y poco a poco apoyas la cabeza en el suelo. Después colocas bien las rodillas encima del tríceps y subes lentamente la pierna 🙋🏽‍♀️ . Os aseguro que no me rompí el cuello 😂 #felizdiadelosinocentes no os creáis casi todo lo que os dicen, porque casi todo es mentira... 🤷🏽‍♀️

For most of my life I lacked in self confidence and therefore struggled to see myself pretty enough or smart enough, definitely I believed I wasn’t cool enough. Enough for what? I thought for the people around me, the ones I wanted to impressed, the teachers, the guy I liked, the friends of my friends. Let alone when I moved to London and I had to learn, speak and relate to people in a different language. At the end, the truth is, I wasn’t enough for myself. I reached a point, a little longer than a couple of years ago, where I truly had enough. I was tired of talking badly about myself. Tired of not believing in me and feel I wasn’t able to do anything. It was exhausting to go out and feel so little when I was comparing my self to other people. And I couldn’t understand why, I, of all people, I was putting myself down like that. Shouldn’t I be friend with myself? Wouldn’t make more sense that I support me? When you reach what’s for you the bottom, you can only go up. And you need to start making changes. It’s a long story, but the important thing is that I decided to start loving myself. All of me. For today’s task of #YogiDayByDay we ask you to share AT LEAST three things you love about yourself. For me today, it’s a long list fortunately, but here are the three things that got me here where I am today: - my determination - being fearless - my positivity Love is the best feeling we can get to experience in this world. Real time arm balance transitioning. I’m finally starting to unlock jumping from downward dog into bhujapidasana! I blame it on these long legs 🕷 but no more excuses, mmmk? . The cue that’s helping me the most with this is I’m imagining one of my badass teachers [ @samseesworld ] yelling at us while we were completing our 300 hour training in Costa Rica. She’d squat at the top of our mats during morning Mysore and say, “Pretend like you wanna kick me in the face!” 👣🤕😂

Tips for this variation of one legged side crow: start in revolved utkatasana, twisting from the heart and keeping your knees in line with one another. Inhale to lengthen forward, exhale to twist deeper for 2-3 breaths. Sink your hips low and plant your palms to one side of the mat, keeping your feet where they are. Bend no more than 90 degrees into chaturanga arms while leaning forward. You may need to rest your hips on both arms to start. Engage your #uddiyanabandha or core strength to provide further lift from your legs. Fazer uma saudação ao sol significa lembrar de saudar a energia criativa que gera movimento, expansão e pulsação em todo o planeta. As palavras em sânscrito Surya Namaskara significam adorar o sol. Namaskara vem da raiz namas, de onde também se origina a palavra namastê, utilizada para encerrar as aulas de yoga. Também saudamos o sol de dentro de nós mesmos,a nossa luz interior, o que corresponde ao coração de cada indivíduo ... São 12 posturas completas do yoga e eu acrescentei a sirsasana pra melhorar ainda mais meu estado de união comigo mesma. Pode parecer um tanto quanto estranho considerar o coração como a sede da sabedoria, afinal normalmente ele é associado às emoções, e não ao cérebro. Contudo, nas tradições do yoga, o cérebro é simbolizado pela lua, que reflete a luz do sol, mas não é capaz de gerar nenhuma. Através disso podemos tirar diversas interpretações, como a de que a nossa mente é apenas um reflexo daquilo que carregamos na alma, fiquem com um pedacinho do vídeo do meu ritual das manhãs...
