We want to engage the core as tight as possible while allowing some bend in the knee as we continually raise toe to chin. ⭐️ FOR BEGINNERS: Just focus on bringing the knees up on all these hanging exercises. - 2️⃣ Hanging Leg Arches - Burn baby burn. Key to remember is to limit the body’s swinging motion. Lower the momentum the higher potential gain from this movement. Let’s explode up, while bringing it back down SLOW. - 3️⃣ Hanging Double Arches - R.I.P. - ON TURF - 1️⃣ SB Toe Taps - Stability Ball Toe Taps are a variation of an isometric hold whole adding leg abduction. This will burn by the 4th set 🚼. Key is time under tension, so let’s get that leg out as far as we can and SLOWLY bring it back in. - 2️⃣ SB Crunches - Stability Ball Crunches can be done in many different ways. Here I roll it out with my legs to try and engage the lower abs as well as the upper (for the crunch). If you can get the arms at a 45 degree angle during the roll, it’ll shred you up! - BLUE ROOM - 1️⃣ MB Crunches - Medicine Ball Crunches are extremely hard to do dependent on form and the weight used. Push yourself here, but be careful about compensating with the back. We don’t want to over extend! We want to go slow down and explode up! 2️⃣ MB Slams - Let out ALL the stress with these Medicine Ball Slams! These are absolutely great and hit the entire core. Holding that body at a 45 is engaging enough, but now we’re slamming a ball?
