*This quote is so important* We often assume, incorrectly I might add, that just because we are tired, that means we are weak or not at our best self...but that’s incorrect. It’s ok to feel tired, exhausted, stressed. That’s all part of life, but it doesn’t mean that you stop moving. There are days where I am physically and mentally exhausted, and I still get shit done. Why? Because I’m not going to let .003% of my life, stop me from my overall goal. Did I used to feel that way? ABSOLUTELY NOT. I used to use being tired or whatever else was going on in my life, as a mental crutch & excuse, to not keep going. No more. This lifestyle (and that is what it is) has changed me, intrinsically. I enjoy working out. I enjoy being healthy. I enjoy helping others. Of course there are days where I’m tired. I get right with that feeling and still keep going. You can always keep moving forward. What I have learned from previous programs though....I am always terrified for the new phases and progressions but I always seem to be able to do it. #strongereveryday Freestyle flow was AMAZING!! This one is by far my favorite one yet! Busy day ahead! Started it off right so I will be full of energy to bang out all the stuff I need to get done today!!!
