To this day I’m still learning new things about my body type and how to reach those goals of mine.🔥 - - But I just want to remind you that to appreciate the body that you’re in now. Be grateful. To have what you have, be proud of how far you’ve gotten with yourself. - - Being natty definitely means taking more time to get to that dream body of yours. But let me tell you this...this is one of the few things that I’m mostly proud of. I created this body that I wear today, NATURALLY! - - Nobody starts from the top, you have to work for it to get to where you want to be. I plan to grow more muscle on these legs. I might not be where I wanna be today but I’m extremely proud of how far I’ve gotten. - - Appreciate yourself and continue to push yourself. Because everyone deserves to pursue their dream body. 💓

7 miles for day 5 💎 39 miles this week! I'm really struggling with feeling guilty lately, and it's totally opposite of what I used to feel and I'm still trying to process it. Now that I've hit that 10 mile mark, I feel so down when I don't hit it, but some days I have more stamina of course! My goal is to do a minimum of 5 miles 5 days a week. My minimum in February was 3 miles but I've progressed so much! I hit 5, 10, 7, 10, and 7 this week. It's my highest week yet and tbh... I don't feel that happy. I think I'm just still in the process of learning my body, pushing myself, what works and what doesn't, and I really just want it all gone. I think that's the biggest struggle. I'm finally doing all the right things and I want to workout hard and lose 50lbs in a week and that's not logical. Did anyone else go through this? Or know of someone who did? I assume it's normal but no one really talks about this stuff...

Went for a fun run this morning to get ready for the @carlsbad5000 . I ran my fastest mile, which one one hand was great, but on the other hand I think I ran out steam from going out to fast and @vworksbyvane gave me too many squats early this morning at my @flxrfitness workout - my legs are done - but boy did this post run beer @pizzaportbrewingco taste good and I even won this hat in the raffle .. I’m not always motivated so it’s important I work on my discipline. It’s not magic, it’s hard work and I’m definitely far from perfect. I’m a constant work in progress and I’ve learned a lot from decisions and choices that do not serve me (👈🏼 I refuse to say “bad choices” because I’m not 3 and I’m not perfect). Focusing on my priorities, showing up for MYSELF everyday and leaning on others when the going gets tough and giving myself a break when I need it is all part creating a lifestyle that does serve me and my goals.
