Sin sadhana no hay yoga. Sadhana es la práctica espiritual, el adiestramiento necesario para conocerse y transformarse, es la disciplina necesaria para enci trar el camino de la autorrealizacion. Para mi sadhana es extender mi mat cada día sobre el suelo, es el trabajo consciente sobre el cuerpo, es la práctica de la meditación, en definitiva un trabajo de introspección y autoconocimiento. Sadhana, es por tanto el que practica sadhana, es la práctica del compromiso con uno mismo, es el que hace la acción. EL sadhana hace al sadhaka y un sadhaka no es tal sin sadhana. La práctica es esencial. Práctica y todo llega. We have to, that’s how we get humbled so with reverence we can move forward and become stronger and greater. Warriors don’t let the breaks and pain stop them but rather use them as tools for cultivating character and power. ⊹ It takes courage to explore our deeps wounds and even more courage not to get lost in their pain and swallowed by the sorrow. But pain is a gateway to more love and when we know this we are content with the breaks and with getting lost because we realize that it is part of being found, we just have to remain open to love. ⊹ No. Matter. | PARIVRTTA ADHO MUKHA SVANASANA | 15 días de reposo y árnica no están siendo suficientes... Éstos días no he tenido más práctica física que estirarme un poco y llevar movilidad a mis hombros. El reposo me ha hecho centrarme en pranayamas, meditaciones, mantras y en trabajar una nueva forma de manifestación/afirmación #futureselfjournaling (si te interesa, debes conocer a @the.holistic.psychologist ) Pero sobre todo, le he seguido dedicando muchas horas de estudio a lo aprendido en el TTC, a crear secuencias con estructuras lógicas y direccionales que ayuden a avanzar al estudiante y que no pierdan la esencia espiritual del yoga. He dedicado tiempo a pensar cómo adaptar lo aprendido a grupos de personas que llegan por primera vez a la práctica y necesitan ir acercándose progresiva, consciente y respetuosamente. . Siento que ha sido lo más difícil. Por eso hoy me he puesto a prueba con una de las secuencias para principiantes que he creado centrada en torsiones y fuerza. Necesitaba feedback. A ver qué tal funcionaba y de paso, a ver cómo se sentía en mi cadera-isquión tras estos días... . He acabado emocionada 💫 Muchas cosas van a cambiar en esta nueva etapa de mi labor enseñando. De hecho, si ya has practicado conmigo antes, seguramente notes cómo me ha marcado este TTC y veas diferencias que, sin duda, harán tu práctica una experiencia mucho más enriquecedora en todos los niveles. A chuva de fotos segue! Pra fechar três de invertidas sobre os ombros, vai esta de Karnapīdāsana. • Postura onde pressionamos as orelhas. Também traz o acolhimento, a introspecção! Ouvir a respiração nessa postura é tão bom quanto em Pindāsana! • Quando os joelhos e pés tocarem o tapete, pressione as orelhas! Sempre respirando! • É comum em invertidas as respirações ficarem mais curtas, pois todos os órgãos estão pressionando os pulmões. Não é por nada que essas posturas são as "invertidas". Todo o sentido é invertido... Seu coração estão acima da sua razão (cérebro)!
