Squats are back and their better than eva. Hit 365lbs for a 5x4 (1st and 3rd set shown) obviously I started slowing down the further I got along but these squats were the best in a minute, then hit a 405lbs sangle which was fat af and stiff leg deads after the main sets. Finished with wide grip pendlay rows, leg extensions, lat pulldowns and curls superset, and finally worked with the sled with @artkrstnb with pushes with 3 plates and push and pulls with 4 plates. Good solid session with my boys and happy to see my squat is actually going somewhere. 🤙🏽

Everyone’s favorite day of the week! Chest Day‼️ Here’s just a few exercises from my routine that you can implement into your routine or if you need some exercise ideas these are great for hitting all 3 parts of your chest. Remember to really squeeze as hard as you can at the top and release slowly on the way down. The last video is a KILLER finisher! 4 sets until failure of weighted dips. @18gloegefit and I used 45, 35, 25, and 15 pound dumbbells but if you can’t do that just lower the weight or take it out completely. Leave the egos at the door!! Don’t be discouraged if you can rep the same weight as others. Some solid bench tonight nothing special tho. Hit 245lbs 4x3 closegrip and 185lbs plus the black band for 6’s to work on speed and lockout. This was a tricep focused day so hit tricep extensions, strict hammer curls some other tricep movements. Finished off with a superset of 10-15 body weight dips and sled pulls and sled pushes for explosiveness and cardio. Anyways happy Wednesday peeps let’s kill the rest of the week🤙🏽

Dead’s were too much sauce today. Hit 365lbs for a beltless warmup and it moved like air. Then hit 385lbs for a 5x5 (1st and 3rd set) recorded the 5th set but almost yaked mid set so it didn’t look pretty. Finished off with stiff leg deads(shown) face pulls, lat pulldowns and cable rows as well some other back accessories for a nice pump. Loving these sorta quicker sessions because it gets my heart pumping more and I feel more productive but that’s just me anyways let’s kill the rest of this week 🤙🏽

Had a solid bench sesh tonight. Hit a 6x4 with 240lbs (2nd,4th and last set shown) you can see it progressively got harder the further into the workout I got but nonetheless still managed to pull through. Honestly felt that my form wasn’t locking in as well as it has in the recent weeks so I felt I could’ve done more but can’t dwell on the past just look to the forward to the rest of training this week. Anyways finished with lateral raises, bicep curls, facepulls, tricep extensions and pec decks for a quick pump before work. Let’s get this week guys 🤙🏽

I’m determined to pull 4 plates before 2019 hits. I’m sitting at 175 lbs at 20 years old. Have had a lot of set backs, but damn have I learned so much from it all. I’m hungry and know what it’s like to have passion again. That shit died a while ago and it ate me alive. It’s 11:30 so probably not the most opportune time to post but I don’t care. Camera died mid filming so probably not going to make a leg day video. Probably for the best anyways considering it was my second leg day of the week, came in super tired, and 405 made me its bitch. . . . This single wasn’t super hard I’d actually put it around RPE 7 and considered going for more but just wasn’t feeling it...too much fatigue. Hit a back down 4x8 with 325. Not shabby, but not my best.

Trying to get my bench up to 315 so benching twice a week now, today was actually shoulder day lol. But hit 5 sets of 5 then 3 sets of 1 then 5 more sets of 5 all for bench, first 5 sets increased weight (135, 165, 175, 185, 195), the 3 sets of 1 also increasing weight (205, 215, 225), on the last 5 sets decreasing, basically the first 5 sets backwards.
