I learnt "the sock system" in a contorsion course. I like it because it allows me to flip the grip. Quadriceps stretch⠀ ⠀ The muscles at the front of the thigh flex the hip and extend the knee⠀ Used particularly strongly in all running activities/sports, dance & gym⠀ To increase the strength of the quadriceps add resistance, varying knee bend in activities or inclines to the exercise⠀ ⠀ Post exercise static stretches are a great way to prevent muscle tightness or soreness after exercise.
