As I have posted before, the reverse hack squat is easily one of my favorite quad dominant exercises. This was my last heavy set of 3 with 405 lbs. FORM IS EVERYTHING ON THIS MOVEMENT! - Major 🔑 form tip - have your feet about a fist length away from each other with your toes slightly pointed outward. When you are going to execute the movement, squat to the bar, get your grip set and explosively drive through your toes into the ground! Keep your core as tight as physically possible and back neutral. ALSO, watch your heels on the way down lol. Once you master this, the pump is unreal and you will see gains in your quads! After 45 min fasted cardio it's breakfasttime, my favourite😍 Ik ontbijt elke dag met een havermoutpapje. 35 gr havermoutvlokken 30 gr whey 50 gr blauwe bessen 25 gr ongezouten noten Havermoutvlokken met de whey en water in de blender en daarna een pannetje in en al roerende op laten warmen tot de gewenste dikte🥞 Blauwe bessen en de noten erin en je kan de komende uren goed vooruit😏 421 KCAL 34P 28C 18F Daarbij pak ik bij het ontbijt altijd een bruistablet multivitamine, magnesiumtablet, omega 3 tabletten en een multivitaminetablet. . . .

#SundaySelfies 😜 We've been very conscious since my last comp to allow my body to rest & recover somewhat. My weight is up, I've been doing less output and resting as much as possible. Back to Back shows can be very tough physically & psychologically, but a stressed body is never a productive one, so there's a fine balance between continuing to push & taking the foot off the gas temporarily. We still have just under 3 weeks to go & I'm now in a position where I feel recharged mentally & physically.
