TB to dec13 when i decided to go back to the Norwegian powerlifting team. The pic. Is from a photoshoot with Erik Holsvik. I’ve had my ups and downs. Injuries, pain, tears and since the days just have 24 hours i have to sacrifice a lot of other «things» in my life. Thats life when you set goals! You can’t just dream.. you have to work hard and hunt them💪🏼. But it also brings a lot of fun😊. I love my powerliftingfamily💞. From 2013 I have increased my PR in squat from 200 to 242,5 kg, bench 138 to 155 kg deadlift 182,5 to 190 kg. Total 500➡️585😊. Raise your hand if today is a better day! 🙋🏻‍♀️ - Didn’t have a lot of time to train today so I hit up my complex’s little home gym for a quick lower body sesh. - I have really been loving cable squats and cable RDL’s for when my SI joint is a little sore. I can feel a lot in my glutes and hamstrings without any pressure on my lower back. - As I’ve mentioned in the past, I prefer to NOT lock out my hips fully when I train my glutes and hamstrings, as this can sometimes take emphasis off those areas and involve too much hip flexor/quad. I prefer to keep tension throughout the movement and stop just before a full lock-out for more of a challenge. - I’m not ashamed to admit that due to being injury-prone, I have to make adjustments to how I train all the time, which sometimes includes lots of cable work to take stress off my back! I miss barbells but I’m happier when my body is healthy. - If you’re injury-prone like me or recovering from a back injury, consider giving these a try! Cos'è la performance? Da cosa dipende? La performance non è altro che il risultato conseguito durante una competizione o durante un dato periodo di tempo. È un parametro misurabile che ci permette di comprendere come l'atleta progredisce nel tempo. Essa e composta da chiari parametri: Volume: corrisponde alla quantità di lavoro svolta dall'altra durante ogni sessione. Intensità: indica la quantità e la tipologia di sforzo che l'atleta dovrá effettuare, questa può essere misurata in maniera differente nei vari sport. Vitamin C - Teil 3/4 Mangel & Überversorgung ➖ 👉Mangel: Ein Mangel an Vit.C führt zu einer beschränkten Kollagensynthese im Körper. Folglich entwickelt sich beim Erwachsenen die Krankheit Skorbut. Diese zeichnet sich durch schlechte Wundheilung, Infektionen, Gelenkschmerzen, Zahnausfall und erhöhter Neigung zu Blutungen der Haut und Schleimhäute, Muskulatur und inneren Organen aus. Allerdings sind Bedenken um die eigene Gesundheit unberechtigt. Ein derartiger Mangel ist in industrialisierten Ländern fast ausgeschlossen. Schon 10mg Vit.C am Tag verhindern die Entstehung von Skorbut. ➖ Überversorgung: Dass man zu viel Vitamin C im Körper hat ist relativ unwahrscheinlich. Vit.C ist ein wasserlösliches Vitamin und wird, wie wir ja jetzt wissen, schnell und einfach ausgeschieden. Dennoch ist eine gewisse Toxizität nicht völlig ausgeschlossen. Bei Mengen von 3-4g Vit.C am Tag, kann es zu Beschwerden wie akutem Durchfall kommen. Es gibt zwar Hinweise, dass hohe Mengen Vit.C weitere Nebenwirkungen haben können, jedoch ist dies bisher nur in-vivo (im Reagenzglas) nachgewiesen worden. Daten aus in-vitro-Studien (am Menschen) liegen bisher nicht ausreichend vor. Vorerkrankte Personen mit Nierenschäden, Störung der Eisenverwertung oder Prädisposition für Nieren- und Harnsteine sind tendenziell einem erhöhtem Risiko für Nebenwirkungen durch zu viel Vit.C ausgesetzt. ➖ Eine Supplementation von bis zu etwa 1g Vit.C am Tag zusätzlich zur Nahrung scheint unbedenklich und auch für genannte Risikogruppen tolerierbar. Das US Institute of Medicine gibt sogar eine tolerierbare Menge von 2g/Tag an. ➖ Der letzte Teil behandelt dann die Funktionen, den Bedarf und das Vorkommen in der Nahrung von Vitamin C. ➖ In diesem Sinne, greets✌
