First day of cycle, lost 4kg of weight in 1.5 week, defict eating and it shows. Everything today was way harder than it should, feels like I was lucky to hit PRs week ago. I ate like 2200-2300 cals this few days. Feel free to debate in the comments. So most of you know I used to pull sumo a lot but haven’t lately. Is it because I think sumo is cheating? Well I’m gonna break it (my back) down: when you pull conventional it makes you feel amazing and it feels as though you’re pulling from your arches all the way up to your earlobes. A decent feeling to be sure. It forces a lot more Quadricep recruitment and if you don’t have a strong pelvic floor it would stress the lower back as the glutes drive forward. This position has a few more centimeters off your center of gravity and for guys their center of gravity is slightly higher than females. This requires more core rigidity throughout the entire lift. Now for sumo: it drops your center of gravity lower to the floor and distributes forces off the quadriceps and onto the adductors: a powerful hip manipulator. This encourages glute drive for those who are looking to focus on the 🍑. Since the bar is closer to your body than in a conventional deadlift the leverage is more beneficial; especially for females and SUPER ESPECIALLY for those with shorter femurs. I felt compelled to do a stupid dance once getting into this position but I cut it out because I was 😔. Сегодня закончилась соревы в Киеве и борьба!!! Но битва ТИТАНОВ не окончена 💪💪💪 Когда помогаешь на соревах настраевать спортсмена на нужный вес морально поддержать это самое трудное!!! Выступать не так сложно как отдать морально самого себя!!!! Сегодня было сделано много добрых дел и поверьте оно того стоило!!!! Выводил на помост @malinovskaya_julia_ вроде все хорошо но есть куда расти!!? Вес собственный 59,6кг. а сумма 412,5 кг. Вроде так мало и хотелось большего но поверьте к этому надо идти и перекидать в зале не одну тонну железа!!! Столько сил и упорства и оно того стоило!!! Na vážení som mal váhu 75,6 kg potreboval som to zhodiť pod 75 čo sa mi za trištvrte hodinu skákania podarilo na 74,8 kg. RAW mŕtvy ťah sa ki tento krát podarilo dostať na 272.5 kg čo je aj nový svetový rekord v junioroch. 1.miesto v kategórii do 75kg a 2 miesto v absolútnom hodnotení juniorov.
