ITS HARD BUT NOT IMPOSSIBLE . Today someone asked me โ€œIf you are so drained from working all day how do you make it to the gym after?โ€. Truthfully idk. Itโ€™s a combination of things. Sometimes I think about how I good I feel after a crazy gym session, other times I think about how I want my body to look, other times I think about the ppl that are out there with full time jobs, 3 kids and still find a way to make it to the gym twice a day. Idk what it is but I make it my business to make it here. Been drinking the past week so it was really hard coming back to the gym today but sometimes u just gotta tell yourself to stop being a little bitch and show up. Mostly I just donโ€™t want to regret not working on my self. I want to live life knowing that I went hard at everything I did including self care. I donโ€™t want to look back one day and feel like โ€œwish I would of....โ€ nah fuck that ima just do it. Itโ€™s hard but not impossible.
