The energy is stored in your muscles, before transitioning into the next explosive Bound. I conveniently Forgot to do my hella- awkward- to -do -in- public SUPERDOGS at the gym tonight 😩😆 . So I did em on my bedroom floor 😆 . 🌟I normally use them as a finisher because it’s a SUPER SIMPLE MOVE .. which turned out to be more exhausting than it looks 🌟 . Testosterone is not something to laugh at. This is an important post, because as guys we want to feel athletic, strong, and fit, but can’t do that if we’re low on T. Great job @jmaxfitness . Posted @withrepost@jmaxfitness HOW TO INCREASE TESTOSTERONE LEVELS NATURALLY - Testosterone is at the core of who you are as a man. - A lot of us don’t want to have to resort to taking drugs, or test boosters. Instead, you can increase it naturally thanks to the advice of my man @chadhowse - Lift heavy and explosively! Your workouts should be centered around heavier lifts and bigger muscle groups. Things like squats, deadlifts, Olympic lifts, and plyometrics will all give you a surge of testosterone. - Sleep at least 8 hours per night. It’s one of the most anabolic things you can do for your body. One study by Penev et al. found that men who slept for ~4 hours had an average of 200-300 ng/dL testosterone levels in serum. Guys who slept for ~8 hours had levels closer to 500-700 ng/dL. - Have sex! Studies show massive increases in testosterone in men when they’re having sex, or on nights where they know sex is going to occur. So have lots of it. Get off porn and have some damn sex with your lady! Today we are looking at advanced/novice progressions of lower body plyometric exercises. Once again, know your body along with baseline of strength, balance, coordination, and stability to make sure there are adequate to advance. If not, be smart and go back to intermediate/moderate or beginning progressions under all those factors improve for the imposed demands of these exercises. Tonight we look at: 1) Single leg bounding hops 2) Depth jump to change of direction 3) Lateral skaters on box 4) Seated box jump Once again, don’t go for broke and work on 20-40 of work, 4-6 exercises, 5-8 reps, 3-5 sets as a recommendation with advance progressions. These are not all the lower body plyometric exercises just the ones i wanted to put out for others to see.
