Hits the upper, mid, and lower traps while simultaneously working your external rotators, rotator cuffs and rear delts. Great exercise for better posture! Keep it light 3-4 sets 10-15 reps. Not only will you burn tons of calories while performing plyometrics, but they’re also going to increase resting metabolism; meaning your body will burn more calories after your workout while you’re resting.
